Our private transfer from Heathrow Airport to Southampton was excellent. Our driver, Roman, was punctual, and the journey was smooth, safe, and comfortable throughout. We would certainly book again if we are in the Southampton area.
Keep in touch with Viator. Ride to destination was fine. Had to wait 45 minutes in Arrival for driver. Said he contacted us. Never got call. Had to call twice to let them know we were waiting for them.
Roman was very friendly and helpful. He gave us lots of information and we ended up canceling another transfer and switching to his private company.

It was very easy . The driver called and left a message that he was waiting at the arrival area. When we came out, we saw him right away . Very helpful with our luggage And the ride was fast and smooth
