He was not with the other drivers that were waiting for their people. I had no idea how to find him.
This service was very easy. Especially given that we had no idea what to do. As soon as we arrived we got a text that made it clear. Very clean vehicle. Prompt too. Highly recommended
Our driver was friendly and professional, very punctual, was even ready for us earlier than booked based on our flight details! Pictures provided to locate the driver were relatively easy to follow. The company provided and installed child seats for us as well. Wonderful service, thank you very much.
We are a group of 8. Best decision to have airport transportation. We arrived late in the night 10pm arrival, and the flight was a little late as well. This company very professional, they were punctual, communicated with me via WhatsApp to guide us to our driver. They were able to accommodate all our luggage. That was a huge relief. Because most companies make it seem as you can only have a carryon. Will definitely recommend this transportation company.

The driver was 30 min late claiming there were lots of traffic and spoke no English. We had to walked down to the taxi stand which would have been cheaper to take taxi.
We could not find driver despite asking being paged by information counter. We must have looked at every card being held up but not pou last name.
I had some anxiety but our driver because we had never been to Japan. The driver was organized and prompt! We loved our experience
We landed and were through customs in Japan early and they were able to send the car early. They found us in the airport and were really helpful.
