The driver contacted me the evening before pickup to confirm the time/place of the transfer. He also let me know the day of he was on his way. He was very professional and even though he didn't know much English and I didn't know much Spanish, we used Google Translate Conversation Mode to chat while he drove me to my dropoff location. He was wonderful and I highly recommend this service and my driver, Jose.
Late on arriving even though flight was on time. Texted questioning if driver was there yet. Would not recommend.

This seemed like a scam. The driver said he couldn't park and refused to pick me up without parking. He wanted me to follow him off property to his car. I refused to do this because as a solo woman I was scared. I wasted an hour waiting for him to not find parking. This was a terrible beginning to my trip. I would like a refund please.

Armando was absolutely fantastic! He made sure to contact us ahead of our pickup so we knew exactly what to do and where to go. The ride was not only smooth but Armando also provided some hot tips on how we can best enjoy our time while we’re here. A great start to our first time in Mexico City!
