I booked this as a round trip transfer and my driver was right there when I arrived in Bucharest. He was very helpful and educated me about Bucharest on the trip in to the city. He also provided me with his personal number should I need assistance or want to book additional travel with him. Outstanding!!

I was very tired when I left from Amsterdam to Bucharest, so I nodded off before take off. I was later awakened by a rather loud woman behind me complaining about be on the tarmac for 1.5 hours while KLM tired to figure out how to fuel the plane! Looking at the time confirmed that I had had a very nice nap, but didn't go anywhere! Mild panic set in as I hoped that the driver was watching the flight and knew the flight was delayed. I got into Bucharest late, got my luggage and through customs in a decent amount of time....When I stepped out of the doors, sure enough the driver was there, with a sign and had just reached out to me via what's app. Whew! Great timing, good conversation and was my return driver and confirmed pick up times with me before we reached the hotel. Great customers service and you know they got your back to get you to your destination! Thank you for doing what you do team!
