Joshua was a great driver! We felt super safe and comfortable the whole trip. The van was comfortable and Joshua was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Perfect transportation experience!
We used this transportation service for our trip from Antigua to El Paredón and back to Antigua, and it was an excellent experience both ways. Our driver, Joshua, was absolutely outstanding. He was professional, punctual, and made us feel safe throughout the entire journey. His driving was smooth, careful, and confident, even on the winding roads. Beyond being a great driver, Joshua was incredibly kind, friendly, and accommodating. He made the ride comfortable and enjoyable, and his positive attitude really stood out. It's clear that he genuinely cares about his passengers and takes pride in providing excellent service. I had a driver from another shuttle cancel on me. Quatzal came up with a shuttle for me and my family within 40 minutes on short notice. Our Driver Dereck was terrific. Got us to the airport with time to spare. Highly recommend.

HIGHLY recommend this company, they were amazing to deal with. I messed up and booked this for the wrong date, the messages saying they were at the airport to get us, problem was, we were 500km away! They worked to get us rebooked for the right date at no extra charge, even though the error was completely my fault. Joshua was our driver and he was excellent navigating traffic and made sure we’re had water, asked if we needed breaks, and even bought us snacks along the way while we waited in the insane traffic leaving Guatemala City. 11/10 experience!
