Perfect transfer from the port to the city. Nice clean Mercedes SUV. Plenty of space for luggage. Very clean vehicle inside and out. Our driver was originally from Chicago so the conversation was wonderful. Well worth the few dollars.
I had the pleasure of traveling with Alessandro from Rome to Civitavecchia and then again on my return from Civitavecchia to Rome. I couldn't have made a better choice. He was punctual, very kind and helpful throughout the journey. Impeccable driving, professional and serious, I immediately felt comfortable and in total safety. Despite me providing full info on where to pick us up, the terminal number, cruise line and name of ship and a google map pin drop…the driver Matteo was very late because he was at the wrong location. He didn’t say anything to us—not one word—then when we got to the location which didn’t seem like the right place, he sent us walking in the wrong direction..terrible customer service. For a private car service I expect more. A cab would have been better!
