We arranged transportation from Bergen airport to downtown Bergen. Our driver was right on time to meet us and provided a little tourist info on the ride. He also helped us with our bags at the airport and hotel. A perfect experience I would happily book again

Booked airport transfer. Driver did not show up when we landed. Contacted tour company, who was cooperative and sent a replacement driver. New driver was great. However, we were delayed an hour past the booked pickup time, which was frustrating.

So when you called our emergency phone, we made sure to send you another driver who picked you up 15 minutes after your call.
