Sedan tar din privata chaufför dig till ett hotell/boende i London. Londonfordonsskatt och avgifter för avlämning/upphämtning på Heathrow flygplats ingår i priset. Vi övervakar ditt flyg för landningstid och skickar en förare efter 60 minuter från landningstid. Därför inga dolda avgifter för flygförseningar. Denna överföring är prissatt per fordon, inte per person. Inga dolda avgifter. Vi har ett utbud av fordon som Sedan, Estate, MPV, MPV+ och 8-sitsig skåpbilar som passar alla. Du kan ordna hämtning eller avlämning på hotell/boende i Southamptons centrum, Heathrow flygplats och London. Detta är endast en privat transfertjänst. Föraren kanske inte fungerar som en guide.

- Överdimensionerat eller alltför stort bagage (t ex surfbrädor, golfklubbar eller cyklar) kan ha vissa restriktioner, var vänlig och fråga för operatören innan du reser för att bekräfta om ditt överskridande bagage är acceptabelt
- Vänteavgifter: 30 minuters gratis väntetid tillgänglig från det att du begär din hämtningstid i hamnen. Därefter debiteras £10,00 för varje ytterligare 15:e minut. Upphämtning av hotell/boende: 10 minuters gratis väntetid tillgänglig.
- Väntar avgifter, sista minuters uppgradering av bilar eller juldag, Boxningsdag, Nyårsdag 50% tilläggsavgift betalas till föraren som kontantbetalning.

Our driver Dushi was an amazing driver. We felt safe and comfortable with her at the wheel. She was warm and friendly yet remained professional in her interactions. Her kind and caring nature was evident throughout our trip as she inquired about our comfort and offered water for the long drive from Southhampton to London. She was very patient with our many questions about our surroundings and the towns we traversed. She was wonderful to work with and we highly recommend her!
The drivers were excellent and friendly. They were on time as well. The cars were spectacular-high end and spotless!
We used the service for roundtrip service from London Hotel to Southampton cruise terminal and cruise terminal to London Heathrow airport. Both ways, drivers were professional and prompt. We had a problem with pickup location from our hotel to the cruise terminal - i provided the wrong hotel. After speaking with the driver and dispatch they came to the correct hotel and off we went. It was 100% my mistake and they were very gracious and accommodating. I cant say enough how great they were in correcting my mistake. Vehicles were clean and comfortable.
The driver was on time and skilled at navigating the heavy London traffic. We arrived at Southampton a little early, even with typical congestion on the M3.
Dushi picked us up on time, helped us with the luggage and dropped us off at the Queen Mary 2 terminal in Southampton. She was really engaging and we enjoyed her company a great deal. I would certainly use her services again.
Our driver, a wonderful lady whose name i cannot recall, was AMAZING! She was very friendly and the conversation during our drive was so nice! She was a courteous and safe driver, as well.
