The driver was waiting for us on arrival. He was a kind and helpful young man, especially for luggage. A bottle of water was provided for the ride. The journey was carried out safely. On the way back, we asked for a last-minute change, and that was absolutely no problem. We also received fairly quickly confirmation that this was possible according to schedule.

As soon as the flight arrived, the driver contacted me to inform me that he was outside waiting. The car was perfect, with air conditioning, we were given fresh water, and Saliou was very professional and nice. The journey was from the airport to the RIU Baobab hotel. The best transport in Senegal. Thanks for everything.

Our person that spoke zero (0) English. The only words spoken between us was when I asked his name. He said "MAL" and then "MALFERT". When we asked for wi-fi he could not understand us. It would have been nice to have a driver that could speak English(as promised) to provide a little bit of info about the country we had never been to. We got pulled over by multiple police officers and they had to take him out of the car and phone numerous people. They Searched the trunk where our luggage was. This took at least 20 min of sitting there - no one even attempting to let us know what was happening. Finally, Mal got back in the car and you could tell he was agitated. 5 minutes later "Mal" the driver did not notice a built up area of the road that's purpose is to slow people down and go over slowly. "Mal" was still too upset with the police incident, and did not see the bump and went over it full speed. My husband and I got air and came off our seats and hit our heads on the ceiling of the car. I have bad back problems, with 5 fusions 7 open back surguries. After arrival at the hotel my back was very intimated and continues to be. Hopefully, it improves enough to enjoy the rest of our 30th Anniversary vacation Sabrina Hed

We are truly sorry that your experience was not up to standard. - Regarding your back pain, we apologize for this incident and hope you have recovered well. - About the English level of our drivers, we are not yet able to offer English-speaking drivers on all our rides, but we are working on it ! - Regarding the police checkpoints, this is a reality in Senegal. Anyone can be stopped by the police multiple times. We are sorry that this lengthened your journey. In any case, we hope your return trip went better and that you will have good memories of Senegal.
Airport pick-up trip: reckless driver, only spoke the dialect, impossible to understand with and not take us x the highway. Do not give the services you offer, such as water and wifi Hotel pickup: driver well although the same problem, only spoke the dialect.This if q took us xthe highway but also we did not have the wifi and water services. He couldn't get into the hotel, we had to get out of the hotel in search X that my experience has not been satisfactory

When I arrived at the airport the driver was already there. I was taken to the hotel in a comfortable, air-conditioned car.
