Att besöka Matera i solnedgången är en unik och oförglömlig upplevelse. Solnedgången i Murgia erbjuder fantastiska färger och när solen går ner förvandlas staden till en riktig julkrubba. Under turnén kommer du att se det lokala nattlivet och uppskatta stadens särdrag på kvällen. Turen rekommenderas under de varmare årstiderna, för att säkerställa en trevlig promenad på kvällen när temperaturen är mindre kvav.

Turen inkluderar en panoramatur följt av ett besök i den historiska delen av staden, bland dess slingrande gränder och branta trappor, fattiga grotthus och majestätiska barockpalats för adeln, grönsaksträdgårdar och breda terrasser, bland vilka plötsligt eländiga skorstenar och konstiga klockor dyker upp underjordiska kyrkor. Turen varar 2-3 timmar och inkluderar ett besök på klipphuset-museet för Materas traditionella bondekultur och liv (kostnaden för gruppentrén är 2€). Under turnén kommer det att vara möjligt att stanna vid en av de karakteristiska platserna, inne i grottorna, för att smaka på typiska produkter från det lucanska köket. Excellent Tour with Natalia – June Visit We visited in June and had the pleasure of having Natalia as our travel guide. Itanata organised a very great tour in Puglia + Matera We visited Bari , Polignano Al Mare , Monopoli , Alberobello , Locorotondo , Matera , Acqua Viva Delle Fonti , Lecce , Otranto , Gallipoli … Very good planning , detailed explanations - specially on the key historical / touristic points . Superb reviews on the churches history and their architecture . Also time to stop in selected places for lunch , dinner and visit to wine producers .
Professional guide with great knowledge. She showed us the best spots for taking photographs and some hidden gems like a beautiful hotel and certain handicraft shops.
