Privat rundtur för upp till 10 personer, perfekt för par, grupper av vänner eller familjer. Från den traditionella solnedgångspromenaden till en 2-timmars morgon- eller eftermiddagstur. Vi lämnar Alcântara-kajen (spansk) och anländer till vår första turistdestination: Praça do Comércio (Commerce Square). Vänta några minuter så att du kan ta ett djupt andetag och njuta av denna del av Lissabons charm. Nedströms passerade vi längs södra stranden där vi fick en närmare titt på den majestätiska Kristus Konung-statyn som välsignar Lissabon! Sedan passerade vi det ikoniska Belémtornet. Längre uppströms passerar vi ett av Lissabons främsta monument, Upptäcktsmonumentet. Därefter har vi Elektricitetsmuseet och MAAT - Museum för konst, arkitektur och teknik. Turen går under den berömda 25 april-bron. Återigen nära Praça do Comércio nådde vi höjdpunkten på vår tur, med en hisnande solnedgång... Efter att solen gått ner under horisonten återvänder vi till Alcântara-kajen.

Torn där den portugisiska kronan observerade ankomsten och avgången av portugisiska karaveller under upptäcktsperioden för 500 år sedan.
På en framträdande plats på högra stranden av floden Tejo, restes det ursprungliga monumentet, tillverkat av förgängliga material, 1940 med anledning av den portugisiska världsutställningen för att hedra de historiska personerna som var involverade i de portugisiska upptäckterna. Den nuvarande repliken, i betong och sten, är senare, efter att ha invigts 1960.
MAAT – Museum of Art, Architecture and Technology, som öppnades i oktober 2016 inom ramen för den kulturella beskyddarpolitik som länge antagits av EDP Foundation, är en internationell institution dedikerad till att främja kritisk diskurs och kreativ praktik
25 de Abril-bron är en hängbro för väg och järnväg över floden Tejo som förbinder staden Lissabon (norra stranden) med staden Almada (södra stranden), i Portugal. Bron är 2 277 m lång. Med ett fritt spann på 1 013 m är 25 de Abril-bron den 33:e största hängbron i världen. Det öppnades den 6 augusti 1966
Praça do Comércio, fortfarande vanligen hänvisat till med sitt gamla namn Terreiro do Paço, är ett torg i centrala Lissabon beläget intill floden Tejo, i området där kungarna av Portugals palats låg i cirka två århundraden och som idag är delvis upptagen av vissa statliga departement.
Idén om att bygga monumentet till Kristus kungen dök upp 1934, under ett besök i Brasilien av den dåvarande kardinalpatriarken av Lissabon, D. Manuel Gonçalves Cerejeira. När han passerade genom Rio de Janeiro såg han den imponerande bilden av Kristus Återlösaren på Corcovado och önskan att bygga ett liknande projekt framför Lissabon föddes i hans hjärta. Den första stenen för konstruktionen av monumentet lades den 18 december 1949, efter krigets slut. Det öppnades den 17 maj 1959. Detta monument är den bästa utsiktspunkten med utsikt över staden Lissabon, och erbjuder en vidsträckt utsikt över huvudstaden och bron 25 de Abril. I många turistreportage om Lissabon framträder helgedomen och monumentet till Kristus kungen, Almadas landmärke.

This was the most fun we've ever had! All my sister wanted to do for her birthday was a private sunset boat cruise and this one exceeded our expectations! Paulo and Kelly went out of their way to make her birthday special even though I only told them about it day ot. They gave us free wine and sparkling rose and even got her a cute birthday muffin with a candle. This was so thoughtful and personalized. It you get a chance, detinitely prioritize this cruise. They also took us past the most beautiful destinations and adjusted the time a little so that we were on the water perfectly at sunset time. We telt so taken care of and special. The sail boat was beautiful and we got the most amazing photos. So many core memories were made! Do this cruise with Paulo and Kelly!!
We had such a wonderful time with Paulo and Kelly - it was a private booking for my family (two adults and two kids, ages 7 and 9). And then we also had a family friend with us. Paulo and Kelly were wonderful hosts, accommodating our last-minute booking. Their boat was beautiful - the perfect size for our group. They treated us with desserts and croquettes and drinks and sailed us up and down the coast of Lisbon. We had a relaxing time and would absolutely recommend the experience!

This was a fantastic experience in Lisbon. The sunset cruise was beautiful and so relaxing. As a family of five, our teens loved it too. Frederico and Fernando were excellent tour guides. Very knowledgeable about sailing, the area for both history and cool things to do as a local. We opted in for the Portuguese tapas, well worth it. We will do this again with this provider the next time we are back! Highly recommend. Communication prior to the event also very easy through what’s app.

Our group of 5 wanted to do a private sunset sail our first evening after arriving in Lisbon, and Sun Sea Sail tours met all our needs. We ordered the optional charcuterie board, which was huge and full of delicious meats, cheeses, spreads, olives, nuts, grapes, and breads, and more than enough for 5 passengers. I had contacted Sun Sea Sail when I booked the cruise to ask if they could accommodate my need to be gluten-free, and they were amazing — wheat bread for my traveling companions was served in a separate basket (not on the serving platter with everything else), and I got my own basket of GF bread that I could eat. Unfortunately, when you order the charcuterie platter, they are unable to hoist the sail because it could potentially canter the boat and the food would slide off the table. But we very much enjoyed our snack (plus a bottle of wine), and watched the other sailboats sail off into the sun. Our captain and co-captain were helpful pointing out the sites along the river, and we enjoyed a beautiful and relaxing ride on the water. We love supporting local small businesses, and highly recommend this husband-wife sail tour!

MOST definitely the BEST and most memorable excursion in Portugal. VERY Lovely sailors/crew, Paulo and Kelly, whom provided my family and I exceptional hospitality and entertainment. Even though it was very windy, the crews cater to our needs. Paulo stayed behind to ensure an iPhone was retrieved by the scuba diver after it was dropped at the dock. Thank you so much for making the sunset sail the most memorable event of our family vacation. P.S. This review is entered with the iPhone recovered from the dock after submerged under water for 3 hours. 😂👍
