Inom aktiviteterna på denna turné kommer det att vara fågelskådning, segling på ett ekologiskt sätt utan motor. Vi kommer att bada på platserna med mest kristallint vatten. vi kommer att äta exotisk lokal säsongsfrukt. Med bara din grupp, familj och vänner ombord. Vi kommer att ge en oförglömlig upplevelse, där vi kommer in i Bacalar-lagunens oändlighet; vi kommer att se skönheten hos fåglar, mangrover och de mest avlägsna platserna från turismen. Katamaranturen erbjuder oss ett förhållningssätt till hela Lagunas ekosystem, på ett ekologiskt sätt, och njuter av farten, vinden och seglen.

We had a great trip on a sailing boat. With a super nice crew. Very relaxed! And the kids loved it. The plate of fruit was delicious.

Beautiful experience to do, both the captain and the assistant very friendly and very nice! The trip to the lagoon lasts about 3 hours with two stops of half an hour for swimming, crystal clear water and on board drinks and fruit! Congratulations and muchas gracias😊
In itself, I never write bad reviews. Luis was incredibly nice and great boat driver. He couldn't help it. Problem was the management. We stayed 2 days in Bacalar - Tuesday to Thursday. We booked the trip for Wednesday through trip advisor. On Wednesdays there are unfortunately no tours in the whole of Bacalar (forbidden). The guide therefore offered us Thursday. We agreed to 08:00. Unfortunately there was little wind and Luiz (boatmaster) said we need the engine. He tried to turn on the engine for 2 hours (until about 10:15). Then, at our request, a new boat arrived. This made it clear that we were missing the ADO bus. So we were transferred from Wednesday to Thursday (have already paid) and had to wait until 10:15 am. Therefore, my requirement to refund the ADO ticket is justified in my view. That would be about 20% of the tour price by boat.

Nos gustaría aclarar algunos puntos importantes: Cuando reservaste para el miércoles, te informamos inmediatamente que no hay navegación ese día (es regulación de la laguna) y te ofrecimos martes o jueves. Tú elegiste el jueves a las 8:00 AM aceptando esa nueva fecha. El jueves, las condiciones de viento no fueron las ideales. En la navegación a vela, esto es parte de la naturaleza del deporte. Cuando tuvimos el inconveniente con el motor, fuimos nosotros quienes coordinamos proactivamente otro velero para asegurar que pudieras realizar tu tour ese día, también brindamos la opción de cancelar la experiencia , nuevamente tomaron la decisión de seguir adelante, con el tour. Durante la reservación, no mencionaste que tenían un autobús programado el mismo día. De haberlo sabido, te habríamos recomendado no tomar el tour, ya que la navegación a vela es una actividad orgánica que depende de factores naturales y puede requerir flexibilidad de tiempo. No aceptamos tours cuando sabemos que los clientes tienen el tiempo muy ajustado, lo que expresaste fue que querías ir temprano porque había lluvia en la tarde. Cuando nos solicitaste un reembolso del 20% y amenazaste con dejarnos una mala reseña si no accedíamos ("So you will get a 5/5 instead of 2/5 recession"), decidimos no ceder ante esta presión. No operamos bajo amenazas, y consideramos que este tipo de comportamiento no es aceptable. Realizaste tu tour completo en otro velero, reconociste que fue agradable y que Luis fue amable. El costo del autobús perdido —que no nos informaste— no puede ser nuestra responsabilidad. Valoramos el turismo responsable y esperamos que entiendas que las condiciones naturales y la logística de viaje requieren planificación con margen de tiempo. Saludos, Bakana sailing
Private sailing trip booked with Sara from Bakanabsailing. Unfortunately due to the rain and engine problems of the boat, the original trip was cancelled. Alternatively, be able to sail with another tour later and receive a refund from Sara.
This was definitely the highlight of our trip to Bacalar! Sara and Gonzalo were incrediblez knowledgeable, fun, and great hosts. They ensured our trip was amazing, asking questions on the way to make sure we saw what we wanted, checking in to make sure we were comfortable and happy. The 3pm tour was the best time as well, warm enough to enjoy the water and cooling down at the end. Definitely recommend!

We took a sailing tour in the lagoon on June 9 with sara and gonzalo. We had so much fun, they took us to wonderful places in the lagoon not frequented by other tourists, with crystal clear water and a heavenly silence; they left us a lot of time to swim and they granted our every request. Highly recommended!!
