We had a wonderful experience with Happy Shuttle. It was our first trip to Mexico and Happy Shuttle provided a first class and efficient pick up and return airport transfer service. We will definitely be using Happy Shuttle on our future visits to Cancun
This company was reassuring. I got emails of what to expect when we landed at the airport and how to identity our driver. My driver was very friendly and professional. I can not recommend this service enough.

Our drivers were friendly and prompt. At the airport, they greeted us immediately. It took about 10-15 minutes before the van arrived, but overall experience was great. The driver who picked us up at the hotel for our return flight was right on time and super friendly.

This was a seamless as it can get. Very clear pick up instructions (especially important at the CUN airport). Lovely clean SUV for 2 of us to our resort. Departure was great service too ... on time, great driver (Luis), and easy breezy.

Booked Happy Shuttle Cancun for a friends and family trip of 11. By far the most punctual and accurate transportion company. We all fit comfortably in their spacious van. I’ve visited Cancun for than 9 times and these guys are by far the best. Highly recommend 10/10

The pickup from thr hotel was great. Took a while but finally a person showed up and he was very helpful. The driver was nice and fun. Drove safe. The pickup back to the airport was not as great and the shuttle was not clearly marked. The driver had my info so I took the chance. Everything was great and timely.
