På denna privata rundtur kommer du att upptäcka den vackra landsbygden i Katalonien på en fängslande vintur där vi tar dig genom vingårdarna i Penedes, en region som är allmänt erkänd för att vara hem för de mest moderna och innovativa spanska odlarna. Vi kommer att utforska tre av de viktigaste familjeägda vingårdarna i landet och lära oss om den komplexa processen att göra vin och cava (katalansk champagne). I varje källare kommer en vinexpert att förklara sina individuella unika processer och utbilda oss i hur man känner igen deras olika sorter och vi kommer att få förmånen att prova viner och cavas i varje. Förutom vingårdarna stannar vi vid lunchtid för att äta en trerätters middag på en lokal restaurang. Denna privata turné garanterar en personlig och anmärkningsvärd upplevelse.

Börja dagen med hämtning på ditt hotell eller din lägenhet i Barcelona och åk i ett bekvämt fordon till Penedes-regionen, mindre än en timme från Barcelona. Länge ansett som en av landets bästa vinproducerande regioner, är det också ett av de äldsta vinodlingsområdena i Europa. Penedes-regionen har producerat vin sedan romartiden och säljer numera mer än hundra vingårdar i mer än 380 miljoner flaskor. Först går du till en vingård med signaturviner på en fastighet på 40 tunnland ekologiskt jordbruk där du kan känna inflytandet från Medelhavets essens. I själva verket var det ett mutatio (viloområde) under romartiden, eftersom det var en del av Via Augusta. Från början av 1300-talet fram till idag har det varit i samma familjs händer.
Fortsätt turen och besök den första vingården i Penedes som producerade ekologiskt vin för den danska marknaden. Från början av 1900-talet har samma familj drivit företaget och använder 100 procent av sina åkrar för ekologisk produktion med 15 olika druvsorter.
Ta en paus och bege dig till en lokal restaurang för en fantastisk tre-rätters middag. Njut av den exklusiva gastronomin i området.
Slutligen, besök en vingård känd för sina högkvalitativa produkter. Denna vingård, med ekologiskt jordbruk med vacker utsikt över berget Montserrat, har några av de äldsta vinstockarna runt omkring. We have visited wine regions around the world with many guides. I can tell you that Felciano is the best guide we have ever had and the Penedes wine region cannot be missed. Felciano not only introduced us to three great wineries and some fantastic wines, but he also told us about the history of Catalonia and its people. This private tour was a unique opportunity to explore the beautiful wine region outside of Barcelona while traveling in comfort and conversing effortlessly with our wonderful guide Miguel. Miguel went out of his way to make this experience memorable for us. He was engaging, knowledgeable, professional and enthusiastic. Miguel’s passion for Catalan culture added to the enjoyment of the tour. He took every opportunity to customize the trip to our specific needs and interests. As a bonus, he has a photographers eye and often asked if he could take a photo of us with spectacular scenery as a backdrop, leaving us with nice mementos of the day. We learned much about the process and challenges of creating fine organic wine from the three wineries we visited. It was a wonderful day and we highly recommend this tour and tour company!

Very impressed with this tour. Our tour guide was Feliciano and from the second we met up with him he was absolutely phenomenal. He is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the city of Barcelona and the wines all over the region. He gave us a lot of useful information about the area and places to have some good food and drinks. Feliciano was even so sweet he offered to take multiple photos of us for our memory. We ended up taking home 8 bottles of wine and local olive oil and honey. We went to three beautiful wineries out in the Penedes region and we were blown away by the beauty of it all. Our lunch was delicious and my boyfriend who is a picky eater loved it. They gave us plenty of options to choose from for lunch. I would highly recommend this tour because you will not be disappointed.
