På vår hemliga mattur: Krakow, kommer du att utforska vår rika historia av kungliga fester och enkla maträtter, med familjehistorier berättade runt bordet. Var och en av de traditionella, läckra rätterna tillagas med högkvalitativa ingredienser och serveras av välkomnande, gästvänliga lokalbefolkningen. Njut av traditionella polska rätter, med början från de judiska kvarteren med sina otroliga torg, kaféer och mat. Du kommer inte att missa den autentiska Pierogi, lokal korv och soppa, rökt fårost och en shot av en berömd lokal smaksatt vodka i en supercool bar; vår hemliga maträtt kommer att garantera att du kommer att bli kär i staden Krakow. Som en privat tur fungerar allt runt omkring dig! Våra starttider är mycket mer lättsamma, datum kan öppna upp. Det är en mycket mer intim och mysig upplevelse. Inget behov av att skrika över andra turister, kommer du att få varje fråga besvarad, och lämna känslan som en infödd själv!

Vi provar en tipical Zapiekanki medan vi lär oss om den judiska stadsdelen och provar lokal vodka i en gammal skola. Vi besöker då vår Secret Spot också!
Vi går igenom Miodowa och provar ett par delikatesser till.
Vi går på kungsgatan, ser slottet där draken brukade ligga och besöker en mjölkbar!
Vi kommer att upptäcka Gamla Salutorget: platsen för de flesta ”mosts”: den viktigaste offentliga platsen i Kraków, den mest vidsträckta Salutorget i medeltida Europa, det samlar allt!
Vi tar en av de sötaste gatorna i Polen och når Barbican där vår tur slutar!

Greg is AMAZING!! He is so friendly and personable. He kept us informed entertained and smiling. Greg is very knowledgeable about Krakòw and not only gave us a lovely food (and drink) tour but had a plethora of knowledge about Polish history and lore.

The secret food tour was really good. Our guide Hanna was very friendly and knowledgeable. She took us to some great places and we ate some delicious food. The portion sizes were very generous. A really nice mix of food to try along with a few cheeky shots whilst walking around this lovely city. It rained a little but that didn’t spoil our tour.

Delicious foods, great drinks and a little of history intertwined. Combine that with the beautiful host Ilona and it sure was a blast of an adventure. Even on a rainy day she would guide you through the delightful delights of Krakow. The hometown cheese was the best!

We booked the tour for the first full day of our 5-night break in Krakow, and are so glad we did. Our guide, Ilona, was great company, and exceptionally knowledgeable. We learned a lot about the history and culture of Krakow and Poland, and tried many different (and very generously sized!) dishes and drinks (we upgraded to the package including alcohol, and are very glad we did!). We visited lots of places I don’t think we would have known about had we not been on the tour, and Ilona also sent us details afterwards of other suggestions of places to visit off the beaten track, and we’ll definitely be going to some of those during our stay. We had a super time and would definitely recommend people consider the tour as a great introduction to this beautiful city. Top tip: don’t eat before the tour!! There is A LOT of food!

We’ve done around 6-7 secret food tours around Europe now and have always had an excellent experience and this tour more than lived up to the very high standard set! Our tour guide Ilona was great - she picked some excellent places with many dishes we’d never had before, as well as providing really detailed knowledge of the local area and history, and teaching us a lot about Polish food and drink culture - I would highly recommend! My only point of constructive feedback would be that the drinks upgrade didn’t include as much as I’ve experienced on other tours, I would have expected maybe one or two more drinks.

Very relaxing start with "breakfast" tasting and some vodka ☺️ be sure not to eat anything if your tour starts at 10:00. Ilona was fluent in english and a very good comunicator about the City, food, drinks and recommendations to restaurants and experiences. Higly recomended tour and guide. 10/10.
