Michael is an excellent guide and is very patient, friendly, and made us feel comfortable throughout the tour. He is very professional, organized, and knowledgeable about the history and culture of the area. He managed everything smoothly and always made sure our family was comfortable. Our tour guide, Mr Kory, helped us with all our alterations to original itinerary! We've meet couple minutes before scheduled time in our hotel, then headed to Lotte World. First, Mr Kory helped us purchasing Magic Pass, which was very helpful as lines for rides were really long! Than, as part of our grup didn't want to go to Aquarium, he quickly changed original itinerary - first we went to Lotte Tower, and than to Aquarium! As we wanted to go for a lunch to Gordon Ramsay Burger, he suggested making booking before lunch time, and that was great advise. We got a lots of information about Seoul - history, culture, development... his suggestions helped us a to get maximum from our visit - not to mention that we had lots of fun! A couple from our group couldn't find meeting point at the end of the tour, and he did his best to find them!! Amazing!!! Excellent driver, lots of personal stories and experiences we exchanged with mr Kory during our tour, and that helped us understand this beautiful country better - like we've had friend or relative here... I would reccoment Mr Kory as tour guide to everyone!

A great experience. We had Andrew Chung as a guide who is very nice and showed us around perfectly everywhere. He has also given us a lot of great tips for further explorations and restaurants. Everything was there on the tour (except for the food), which was really very good. Highly recommended.
