Detta är utan tvekan det bästa sättet att se höjdpunkterna i Rom på en dag medan du bor i Sorrento. Tjänsten kommer att tillhandahållas med en Mercedes Minivan (V-klass eller Vito Tourer) eller en lyxsedan. Du kommer att ha mycket flexibilitet, så när du väl bokar denna turné bestämmer vi tillsammans vart du vill åka baserat på dina önskemål. Våra chaufförer känner perfekt till Rom så de kan hoppa över trafiken i stadskärnan och vi har alla behörigheter som behövs för att köra i den gamla stadskärnan och i alla begränsade områden. Från Sorrento kommer vi att behöva cirka 2h45 för att nå Rom och uppenbarligen samma sak för att komma tillbaka till Sorrento. Upphämtningstiden kommer att vara samtidigt som turnéns starttid. Colosseum är den största amfiteatern som någonsin byggts, även kallad Flavian Ampitheater. Byggt under den flaviska dynastin, började konstruktionen år 72 e.Kr. och slutfördes 80 e.Kr. Byggt av betong och sand kunde Colosseum rymma upp till 80 000 personer. Åskådare skulle komma för att titta på gladiatortävlingar och andra skådespel för allmänheten, som simulerade sjökrig med rekvisita, offentliga avrättningar och mytologiska dramer. Det var inte förrän på medeltiden som byggnaden omvandlades och användes som en bostadsanläggning, en kristen helgedom och en fästning. Du har fri tid att besöka den på egen hand eller precis där vid ingången kommer det att vara möjligt att hyra audioguider eller att hyra en privat reseguide.

Our driver was early, courteous, helpful with luggage, offered lemon candies, and some historical information along the way as we asked. Excellent service. The company even linked us to a company for a private tour of Pompeii! That was extra special! It was my first experience with a private driver - boy was is a treat!
Our driver Rafael was very punctual at picking us up not to mention friendly! He held a pleasant conversation with our group! Took us as promised to all of Romes point of interest with plenty of time to view and take pictures at each stop. Overall, we had a great experience!!!
It is a long day but its worth it trip was great francesco our driver was absolutely class . And even the pope popped out when we got there. Yes its pricey but it was well worth it

Grab a snack this is going to be a long one. My husband and I paid $1633 for a private tour from Sorrento to Rome. We were promised in English speaking tour guide which was not the case the guy did not know more than two words in English, which were only I don’t know. They don’t answer any of our questions. It felt like we were in a very expensive taxi cab. When we got to Rome, all he did was drop us off without showing where we were supposed to go didn’t get out of the car to give us a tour. He said call me when you’re ready to get picked up. Used the phone translator to communicate with us. On the way back, his car has trouble and we were completely stopped on the highway during heavy traffic jam. He pulled to the right side, called his boss rather than calling help. After sitting in the car with no air conditioning windows down in the middle of the highway tow truck came after 45 minutes. Any normal operating business would know not to tow the car with passengers in there instead of transporting us to a different car they tow the car to a body shop with my husband, and I in the car imagine our fear of actually being dropped. Needless to say we were terrified and got home two and a half hours later than our anticipated time. When I tried messaging the owner of the company, he said we were provided with the services they promised, and I should be thankful. I don’t know what I’m supposed to be thankful for being on a tow truck on my 20 year anniversary. Horrible ownership horrible operation and over all horrible experience
I’m glad you left a review so I can tell to all our clients how much disrespectful you were with the driver, being in delay on each place in Rome, at the Vatican for example you agreed a pick up time in 30 minutes and you showed up in 3 hours and now you are complaining about a delay of 40 minutes on the drop off time? Yes, exactly, just 40 minutes and not 2h30, you are a liar and we know why, you booked through a broker, not directly with us, paying 40% more than our regular rate and were trying to have a discount as you can have also a phone number with +1 as international code, you can also write Seattle on your TripAdvisor account but both of us know from which country you come and “discount” is the only one word you know…! The car had a problem, on the highway where the only way to manage it second Italian rules is the way they did, so avoid to seem ignorant and read something on Google, in 40 minutes you had a new car, impossible to do better than that, if you are used to travel (I don’t think so) you know that it could happen, it is normal, it isn’t normal to mange it so quick, that means that we did a great job, this is why you had to say thank you, but as I said, you know just the word “discount”. This is a hard job, the driver worked for 14 hours to provide your tour (we are professional drivers, professional tour guide is another job and it is an option that if you want must be paid…but…you know just the word discount…) we have hundreds and hundreds reviews with 5 stars and an average rate of 5.0, your review will not change it, your money will not change my life, the only one think that must change is you way to deal with the people, otherwise you’ll have a sad life! Raffaele was our driver and he was amazing! He was kind, social and knowledgeable. We made the trip to Rome and back so enjoyable! He was always on time and well organized. The office was great with communicating with us and making sure we had all the details we needed before, during and after our trip. Overall an amazing experience! Highly recommend them!
Very professional! Responsive to my texts/emails. We are a family of 4 travelling. Gave me great rates as well. I had two drivers ........Ferdinando Rossi and Francesco D'Esposito was wonderful! They were on time to pick us up from our hotel to the next hotel. Highly recommend them and this company. I will use them again when I return!
Don’t bother. Only saw 3 of the sights listed. Total waste of money. Emailed after to say I was disappointed and got no where.
Hi Karen, I repeat what I told you before when you requested a refund for the tour that you regularly had. You stayed more than the time that was given to you by the driver on each place…as the duration of the tour has a limit, if you stay 1 hour more on each place obviously you’ll have to skip some stops, otherwise it will be a full week tour and not a full day tour”! After a tour of 14 hours you asked for a refund as for you fault you skipped 1 stop….shame on you!

Francesco "the barber" was the best guide we could’ve had! Francesco speaks wonderful English and was very kind and accommodating when some stops took a little longer. He had great conversation and had us laughing the entire car ride. This tour is how you see Rome in a day! I cannot recommend this enough!! The best part of our stay in Italy.
Wow! This tour was absolutely brilliant. The driver spoke English perfectly, drove us up to Rome from Sorrento in 3 hours (stopping once for a restroom/snack break), and perfectly timed the day for us to hit all the major attractions AND have time for food/drinks. The tour is very flexible as well! We needed to leave Vatican City early due to an event that was happening, and the driver was ready & waiting to take us to the next stop (no need to kill time if you're on a tight schedule). We were sad when the tour ended, but would highly recommend anyone looking to quickly visit Rome from the Amalfi coast. We would 100% do this again.
