Really fantastic guided tour of Newgrange, Boyne Valley, Slane Abbey and Monastery. My family and I had a wonderful day touring the Boyne Valley today! Our guide, Noel was delightful, knowledgeable, fun, and fascinating! He knew so much about the land and history - we couldn’t have dreamed of having a better guide. He really spent time with each of us and kept a perfectly timed, non-rushed tour and went way above and beyond to give us the best experience possible! Thank you, Noel!

This was truly one of the highlights of our time in Ireland. My husband, one of my closest friends, and I spent about a week exploring the country, and our day with Miriam was an experience we'll never forget. Miriam is such a warm, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable guide. From the very beginning, she took the time to understand our interests and thoughtfully crafted a day that felt deeply personal. She even helped us secure tickets to Newgrange and Brú na Bóinne, which were difficult for us to get. That alone made the tour so special. Beyond those incredible sites, we wandered through the beautiful Irish countryside, visited ancient abbeys and peaceful graveyards, spent time with animals, and experienced so many places we never would have found on our own. Every stop felt intentional and meaningful. One detail we especially appreciated was that Miriam found a wonderful lunch spot that easily accommodated our plant-based diets. It was such a thoughtful touch and made the entire day feel effortless. More than anything, what made this experience unforgettable was having someone we trusted to introduce us to the heart and spirit of Ireland. Rather than worrying about logistics, we were able to simply be present—to feel the land, soak in its history, and experience its magic. If you're considering a private tour in Ireland, I cannot recommend Miriam highly enough. She is an exceptional guide and a genuinely lovely person. We left feeling like we'd made a new friend, and I already look forward to returning for another adventure with her.

We spent the day touring Newgrange, a sheep farm and a couple monastic sites with Miriam. We also had a stop in Howth for lunch. She was punctual, professional, knowledgeable and personable. We really enjoyed our day and by the end of it we felt that we met a new friend in Miriam. She really made our day memorable!

We had a great day with Noel. He had tons of fascinating knowledge to share with us about all of the places that we went to. He was very flexible on start times and meeting places, knowing that we had a group with four children he was kind and personable, and we definitely recommend him and will use him as a guide when we return for future trip.

Informative and interesting trip back in time to the beginning of life in Ireland. Miriam was great with lots of interesting tidbits of information and recommendations of things to do and see in and around Dublin.

We had a fantastic day with Noel and the tour that Custom Irish tours. We started are day at the Leck Farm and Alison was very nice and welcoming to us. Lambing season had just finished and she had 2 lambs for my daughter and her partners to hold. Noel took us to Newgrange and explained how the tour would work, it was very helpful. We spent the morning touring both sites and then ate lunch at the cafe at the visitor center which very good and affordable. Noel took us to our final stop was Tom King the Blacksmith which if you are interested in hearing stories about ancient Ireland and imersing yourself in the lore of Ireland this is a must to do. We walked his farm and the ancient path that tribes of Ireland took to get to Tara and also a famine work house ruin. Noel took us back to or AirBnB and we had a great time. We needed to schedule our Newgrange tour on short notice, and Noel came through for us with less than a day's notice. We had a great time learning about ancient Ireland, and we were especially grateful for Noel's ability to customize on the fly to give us the best tour possible. The Hill of Tara didn't make sense in the weather, so we went to the Hill of Slane and Monasterboice instead. The hospitality and good company were a nice addition as well. Highly recommended!

Of our ten days in Ireland, the one we spent with Miriam of IrishTours365 was by far the most memorable and special. Miriam is a wealth of information and Irish lore, and on the drive to Newgrange (which was absolutely incredible), she painted a picture of what it's like to grow up and raise a family in Ireland. We were so lucky to have her insights as we visited the high crosses of Monasterboice, the majestic Hill of Slane, and the magical Hill of Tara. We especially loved hearing stories about fairies and banshees on the drives from site to site. Miriam charmed our kids (an 11-year-old daughter and 14-year-old son) and took really beautiful family photos -- a major plus for moms like me who often find ourselves behind the camera and in none of the pictures! Miriam made our New York City-based family feel completely at home.

Noel was a great guide for a group of 3 couples. He showed up on time, was engaging, had a great sense of humor, and was very knowledgeable about our destinations -- which were Newgrange, the Hill of Tara and Slane Abbey. He was always offering to take group photos in each location and he did them well. It was a full-day tour, but we were never bored and so glad to have selected the right guide!
