Our guide Osama was knowledgeable and courteous and ensured we saw the most important sites before the crowds. We also loved the boat! He was careful to ensure my mother was well and also gave us plenty of time to see everything. We did not feel rushed at all.

This museum is amazing, the building is as impressive as all the exhibitions. Our guide Omran is so knowledgeable both on the history and on the museum and therefore took us to the important and interesting. It really is too big to take everything in in one trip.

Best guide ever! Mina is brilliant, funny, knowledgeable, and an incredible storyteller. He made our private guided tour of the GEM an unforgettable experience. From hotel pick-up throughout the museum, and then taking us to an out-of-the-way grilled meat restaurant for the best Egyptian food, everything was excellent.
