Jag erbjuder dig en privat rundtur i stadskärnan i Bordeaux. Som historiker, infödd i Bordeaux, kommer jag att visa dig min stads rika historia, alla dess viktigaste monument samt några gömda skatter. Om 2 timmar kommer vi att turnera den romerska Burdigala, den medeltida Bordeus och Bordeaux och dess guldålder på 1700-talet.

Three-way city tour allowing a spontaneous exchange on the ancient and recent history of Bordeaux. Hubert has extensive knowledge of the city, he comes and lives there. No subject is unknown to him, from the foundation to the contemporary political, economic, sociological and artistic situation. Great!

What a mess: I booked an available time slot on tripadvisor, Viator took the payment from my card - so I assumed it was confirmed. We showed up on the day - no sign of Hubert. So I dig into my trip advisor account and I find out that Hubert had "declined" the tour - despite having a time slot available and taking my money. I had zero emails from Hubert, tripadvisor or Viator saying it was cancelled. Now I will have to fight to get my money back from Viator - who have not even replied to my email from 4 days ago. Hubert this mess reflects on you as well I am sorry to say. I have booked many things through Tripadvisor before and NEVER had this happen.
I have no idea who you are since you didn't sign your message, but as you said the booking (and not the tour) was "declined" (not cancelled) so it means that you automatically received an email from Viator to inform you. Indeed, you saw it on your Tripadvisor account you said. I never got any money from you as we, providers, receive the money the next month only if the tour is completed. In case of trouble with Viator you can always ask me in a polite way I will be glad to help you.

I made several visits with Hubert: the Freemasonry and the forgotten churches of Bordeaux. Both would be very interesting. I've learned a lot. Thank you and see you soon for more adventures.

The little tour (two hours) that Hugo us (my class, gym, age: 18 years) offered was much more than a sightseeing tour - of course we had an overview of important buildings and monuments but Hubert also managed to make us want to know more about the eventful history of this city and this by precise and short words and in a clear language, very well suited to German-speaking students.

Last week I had the opportunity to visit Bordeaux with a group from the Basque Country, with Hubert, and the visit was excellent. We loved the tour of the visit as well as Hubert’s explanations, all in Spanish spoken to perfection. I'm sure we'll repeat. Thanks for all Hubert. And for your patience.....we are a little late 😅

Great! Great moments of thrill in this visit of Bordeaux Criminal in the heart of the St Michel district. Real good! Huber takes you in his storytelling and keeps the suspense until the end! Highly recommend!! Thank you, Huber!
