The tour of Akrotiri was amazing! Our tour guide was so knowledgeable and easy to listen to. The 3 wineries we went to were amazing and all different . Our guide was also very knowledgeable about the wines and history of the wineries The food was great as well!
We had a wonderful private tour (only 4 of us) of Akrotiri with a guide who was so informative there and then we visited 3 great wineries with Katerina our driver and host. Akrotiri is a must-see and to follow it up with the 3 wineries was so much fun! We highly recommend this tour and Katerina was the best!!
We had a fantastic experience with our private tour. Our guide at Akrotiri was extremely knowledgable, and Katarina, our driver and sommelier/wine expert extraordinaire was amazing. She explained all about the uniqueness of Santorini wine, thoroughly explained all of our tastings and was generally just an overall pleasure. Highly recommended.
We had a wonderful time. My husband loved the opportunity to see the ruins as well as visit three wineries. Our guide was very knowledgeable and gave a fantastic tour.
This was everything as advertised! Great tours at both places and really nice tour guides. We had a fun time meeting the others in the group and felt safe. The wines and appetizer plates at each winery are plenty and will fill you up. Santorini wines are some of the best I have had.

My husband and I had a fantastic time on this tour! The whole tour was well worth the time and money. The guide during the Akrotiri site was fantastic; she was very knowledgeable and spent the time well. The site itself is quite amazing! The wineries were wonderful; all 3 of them were unique in their own way. The wines themselves were delicious. The tour guide was wonderful; she was knowledgeable, attentive, and answered all questions. She guided us through tasting notes and the history of the wines on Santorini. Absolutely delightful.
The combination of Katie as our guide for the ruins with her 30+ years of experience and knowledge was the key to unlocking the stories and wonder found in Akrotiri. Dora was an excellent wine tour guide at each winery. She gave wonderful suggestions and backgrounds not only about each wine but the wineries and vineyards and the history of the island to enhance our experience in this well thought out tour.
My mom and I had a great time on this two part tour. First visiting the ancient ruins of Akrotiri with our excellent guide, we learned so much! Next, we were picked up for our wine tour, where we also learned a lot about wine and specifically Santorini wines. The wines were delicious, our guide was very knowledgeable, and we could not have had a better time!!
Great to combine culture /education and fun! Both Guides were wonderful Kate and Dora. Both have the educational background to explain correctly about each product. Kate with the archology and Dora with the wine. Highly recommend the tour.
