The tour failed to include a licensed guide that could explain the historical significance of Lindos and the Medieval City of Rhodes (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) to provide guidance or context about these sites or Rhodes' role in Greek, Roman, and Ottoman history. Without a guide Rhodes is viewed as an overcrowded tourist site.
We regret to hear about your disappointment, though we’re not sure your feedback refers to our business — all of our guides are fully licensed and certified by the state. Interestingly, we’ve occasionally received comments that the historical information provided was too detailed — this is actually the first time anyone has mentioned there wasn’t enough! 😊 Sorry, but Rhodes is always crowded from May until November. If you’d like to experience the island without the crowds, we recommend visiting between November and April. Wishing you safe and happy travels!

Beautiful scenery. Guide was very knowledgeable and informative. Enjoyed wine tasting. Taverna he selected for our lunch served fresh and delicious seafood along with an awesome sea view.

Spent the day at the ruins at Lindos and it was fantastic. Then spent a few hours at the old town strolling the streets and alleyways for a taste of medieval history

Alexis is a very knowledgeable and excellent tour guide. He picked us up from our hotel and was very flexible with what we wanted to do and see. We were an extended family group of 17 and a baby and her stroller. The planning of the tour started by e-mailing some weeks before we arrived Rhodes, and all questions were answered in a professional and enthusiastic manner. Thank you Dimitra! The Airconditioned bus picked us up at our villa, and was driven safely by Kiriazis and our knowledgeable guide Ioanna. We visited Lindos ( great view from the top ! ) 7 Springs ( the tunnel) and ended up at the Winery. Jason, the owner, then gave a very interesting introduction to the wine making and the history of the farm. Then we learned how to cook some great Greek dishes and tasted some really good Greek Wine. The lunch was very tasting and the Winery very charming. A great and recommend trip !
Our full day tour with Alexis was amazing. We had never been to Rhodes before and when we met Alexis, he asked us a few questions to get an idea of what our goals were for the tour. After hearing what we wanted to see, he knew exactly where to go. Alexis was very personable and we really enjoyed his knowledge of the area and its history. All the sites he chose to take us to were exactly what we wanted and the cherry on top was a picnic at a very beautiful remote beach with amazing views. We could not have planned a better day. We really enjoyed talking with the owner of the winery that he selected to takes us to and we continued to learn more about the wine process. At the end of the day, we truly felt like we had known Alexis for a long time. I highly recommend this tour with Alexis as your guide
