Fördjupa dig i en privat pastaproduktionskurs hemma hos Cesarina, lära dig hemligheterna i regionens mest berömda pastarätter och smaka på fruktens arbete åtföljd av ett glas lokalt vin. Under lektionen kommer Cesarina att avslöja knepen för handeln med 3 äkta regionala pastaprodukter. Ha kul att sätta dina matlagningsförmågor på prov. Varje deltagare kommer att ha en arbetsstation utrustad med redskap och alla ingredienser för att laga rätter. My friends and I had a great time throughout our class. The hosts were gracious and welcoming and prepared us a meal that topped everything we ate in Turin!
Eugene & Mauro were phenomenal hosts. Highly recommend this experience and meeting them. Was an 11/10. We had a great time.
This experience was pure perfection. Sara and her mate were the perfect hosts. We enjoyed talking about family traditions - theirs and ours! What a perfect way to immerse yourself and your family in Italian culture. We made three different types of pasta - each family member taking a turn to create the dishes. Afterwards, We ate dinner outside on the terrace as one ‘family’ - enjoying the pasta with wine. Do not miss this. I guarantee it will be the highlight of our trip to Italy.
Fantastic! We learned to make pasta with Eugenia and she if very kind and patient with us. We learned so much and look forward to making pasta at home now. We booked the class at the request of my teenage son, and he had a great time. A great family experience.
From start to finish, our experience with Benedetta was fabulous! We were made to feel welcome in her home, and she was extremely patient with us throughout our class. My husbands grandparents were from Turin, and he enjoyed telling stories about his mother and the things she cooked.
Would give more than 5 dots if I could. Best fun ever. I will definitely have a go at making pasta at home. Benedetta and her mum and daughter were fabulous hosts. I felt warmly embraced and well taught and fed.
I stayed at Benedetta's house and was particularly impressed. Pleasant and engaging evening thanks to the sweetness and skill of Benedetta and her family. We felt immediately at ease passing beautiful moments of culinary and emotional sharing. Recommendation this experience for those who want to spend a different evening discovering the dishes of our territory!
First, Cesarine is an amazing concept that has been incredibly well realized. From the selection of the experience to the connection with the host, Cesarine is well designed and well executed. Now, on to our experience with Benedetta and pasta. If we could give Benedetta six stars we would. She was welcomed us into her beautiful home. She was an excellent teacher. She used demonstration, examples, stories, and humor to guide us. We are excited to go home and try out what we learned in our class on pasta making. In fact, we have already ordered a manual pasta maker! We will be applying Benedetta's lessons at home very soon.
Raffaele and Rosanna were great hosts! Rosanna is a great teacher, and we both really enjoyed listening to Raffaele talk passionately about Turin, food, and sailing! The food was absolutely delicious and it was an incredible experience to learn how to make pasta in a chef's home. Would definitely recommend it.
I spent several hours at Rosanna's flat with her and her partner who had very good English. They were both very charming, interesting people and Rosanna was a confident cook and a good teacher. I learnt a lot, enjoyed the experience and ate a large amount. Apart from the lesson it was a lovely way to meet local people and find out a bit more about living in Turin. You will have a great time - just don't eat too much antipasti or like me you will find it difficult to do justice to all the pasta dishes which were gorgeous. I feel confident now in cooking pasta - something I had often thought of doing but not tried, I will be buying a pasta machine very soon. Thank-you both for a great evening.
