Upplev det bästa av två världar! En avkopplande vandring i en finsk nationalpark och en eftermiddagspromenad genom den förtrollande gamla staden i Borgå. Det är din semester så låt oss ta hand om detaljerna. Att besöka en nationalpark är ett MÅSTE när du reser till Finland. Tur för dig, vi har en professionell vildmarksguide som kommer att berätta för din grupp många fascinerande fakta om finsk natur och kultur. Under din tid i nationalparken kommer du att ha tid att ta bilder, utforska skogen och sjön och njuta av lunch. Efter en uppfriskande smak av naturen fortsätter vi till den magiska gamla staden Borgå. En liten och färgstark by kantad av kullerstensgator. Vi kommer att besöka Borgå domkyrka, gå genom det idylliska torget och hantverksbutikerna, besöka Borgås berömda chokladbutik och ta bilder från den bildsköna bron med utsikt över gamla stan och floden. Under denna turné får du en verkligt autentisk upplevelse av finsk natur och kultur!

Hämtning från ditt boende.
När vi väl har anlänt till nationalparken (30 min. bilresa från Helsingfors) börjar vår vandring på en stig som anses lätt och lämplig för alla. Under hela din promenad kommer din guide att vara där för att berätta intressanta fakta om det omgivande området och hjälpa dig att svara på alla frågor du kan ha. Vi kommer fram till ett lusthus i trä som ligger fint vid en sjö i nationalparken. Medan din guide tänder brasan och lagar lunch har du fri tid att utforska din omgivning och ta massor av foton. Efter lunchrasten går vi tillbaka till bilen och fortsätter vår resa. Totalt kommer vi att spendera ca. 2 timmar i nationalparken.
Från nationalparken kör vi cirka 35 minuter för att nå den medeltida staden Borgå. De kommande två timmarna kommer att ägnas åt att utforska den gamla stadsdelens populäraste attraktioner som katedralen från 1200-talet, de färgglada byns hem, marknadstorget och den berömda Borgå chokladbutik. Efter cirka två timmar i Borgå kör vi tillbaka till Helsingfors för att släppa av dig vid ditt boende. -- Vår turné är dedikerad till hållbarhet och bär stolt märkningen Sustainable Travel Finland och Green Activities-certifikatet. Vi ser till att alla behandlas lika och inbjuder dig varmt att följa med på ett äventyr som bidrar positivt till miljön.

It is an easy hike in a beautiful national park. Alex, our guide, was fantastic. He was so knowlegeable and easy-going he made the tour a delight. Lunch was fantastic, the best salmon soup we have had so far. Porvoo is a well preserved town with cool shops and little restaurants. I highly recommend this tour.

We really enjoyed this private tour! The combination of the national park and Porvoo Old Town was perfect. Our guides were extremely knowledgeable and made the day both fun and informative. The highlight for us was enjoying a delicious lunch by a frozen lake. Everything was well-organized, and the pace was just right for our family. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Helsinki!

A wonderful tour to discover the beautiful Sipoonkorpi National Park with a short hike to the lake, learning about the different trees, berries & mushrooms. We heard a number of birds calling. Jeff & Maree then cooked a traditional Salmon Soup which we enjoyed by the campfire after a walk around part of the lake. Served with rye bread, it was a delicious lunch. The hot berry drink was also very nice. The visit to the old town of Poroo was equally enjoyable. We loved the colourful cobbled stone & brick roads & pavement and old colourful buildings. Jeff took us to the old Lutheran Cathedral, so much history. Coffee at one of the old cafes warmed us up, and we then visited a number of craft shops & a photographer’s gallery/shop & Brumberg chocolate/confectionary shop. Such a great fun day with 2 knowledgeable friendly tour guides in Jeff & Maree.

This was a private day including a walk in a national park near Helsinki, with a delicious lunch of salmon soup, followed by a trip to the village of Porvoo. Alex was our guide and we thoroughly enjoyed his company. He was attentive to our needs and desires. He is personal and friendly. The tour was exactly as described and kept to the schedule. We were transported in a comfortable vehicle.

This was a great day for our family of 4. Jeff is exceptional - made it fun and interesting. He also communicated well regarding the rainy weather and potential remedies. The hike and tasty lunch were really enjoyable even with a little rain. The Porvoo visit was a bonus. My college age “kids” loved it. Highly recommend!!

Walking in the national park was easy, informative and enjoyable. It was a peek into another aspect of the Finnish culture, including the salmon soup for lunch. Porvoo added history to the outing. All in all, it was a great way to spend the day.
