My driver was very punctual. He was always on time to pick me up to and from my locations. He let me listen to the music of my choice and on days when I didn’t want to listen to music we had great conversations. So he was also an excellent listener. I felt safe and the ride was smooth I couldn’t tell Jamaica had pothole because he drove so careful on the road. The car was very clean and smell so good. He was a very good driver I would book him once more
Big Mac was an amazing driver who gave us a great tour of Montego bay. We had a very safe and smooth experience. He took us where we wanted and waited patiently for us as he tried a couple of different restaurants.

Was an amazing experience I had with Mac Tours. My driver is very kind and caring. Very knowledgeable of the places that I went. Great food spots Was one of my highlights. Big Mac is a good driver however I did book corvette jet ski thru him and it a horrible experience. If he is your driver- kool, but do not book any excursions thru his potnas!!!! We paid almost 360 something dollars to not even drive the jet ski. It was old looking. It was at a point at the side of the beach a little hole area with a tree , just extremely unprofessional the guy sat on top of the jet ski with us and would even grab the wheel and drive it. I have never had that type of experience before I would not recommend. And Big Mac owes me money because in the booking it was supposed to be a pick up and drop off included from my resort, however, he only just picked us up from the JetSki, after I guess, calling the other driver and having him to bring us, just very sketchy. Hustling
Big Mac was not just a driver; he was like a tour guide too. He was a gentle and safe driver who gave me an educational knowledge on MBJ. He was very patient and kind to me and my family. We requested him again after our first transport.

Big Mac was prompt, easy to communicate with and his car was clean. He took us on a tour from Falmouth to Montego Bay and back. We wanted to better understand Jamaican culture and see things not just the resort. He drove us through the slums as well as the posh areas. He showed us “downtown” and the farmers market. He look us to a locally owned gift shop and a cute pub to try some authentic Jamaican food. We had a great day and always felt safe. I would definitely recommend him!
