Fantastic pickup. On time with great communication while we were going through immigration and customs, collecting luggage etc. Very professional and friendly.
We had two cars booked for this service, paid in full through Viator. Both cars were told they needed to pay 100 MAD more by the driver, the equivalent of $10 (on a $25 transfer). The driver did not say it was a tip, he implied that it was what was due. When I approached the company about this problem, they indicated that the driver said it was a tip and they would not offer any compensation.

Soufiane was prompt, efficient and courteous from the outset! He made contact with us as soon as we arrived in the terminal building which was very reassuring. On meeting him outside the airport he was extremely personable and helpful. During our trip to our hotel Soufiane was talkitive and friendly. I unreservedly recommend this service.
