Den här turen tar dig från Dubrovnik till Split med ett stopp vid Ston. Ston var den näst viktigaste staden, efter Dubrovnik, i republiken Dubrovnik. Ston har murar, byggda mellan 1300- och 1400-talen och sträcker sig över 5 kilometer långa. Murarna var befästa av fyrtio torn och bastioner. Ston har också stora naturliga saltpannor vid foten av Ston-kanalen, där havssalt har producerats i århundraden - en dyrbar monopolprodukt från Republiken Dubrovnik. Berättelsen om Split är redan 17 århundraden gammal och dateras till den tid då den romerske kejsaren Diocletianus beslöt att bygga sitt palats precis på halvön nära den stora romerska staden Salona, där han ville tillbringa de sista åren av sitt liv. Under dessa 1700 år förvandlades palatset långsamt till en stad, som än i dag lockar med sin rika tradition, härliga historia och skönhet i sitt natur- och kulturarv. Split har också funnits med på UNESCO:s världsarvslista sedan 1979.

När vi anländer till Split kommer jag att visa dig Diocletianus palats och den berömda Split Riva. När vi avslutar vår historiska vandringstur kommer du att ha tillräckligt med ledig tid för lunch, avkoppling eller shopping.

We had an amazing transfer from Dubrovnik to Split. Stipe was on time, kind, and professional. The drive was comfortable thanks to the luxurious car, and we took pictures at a number of picturesque locations. An excellent mode of transportation between the two cities.

We booked this tour because we needed to go from Dubrovnik to Split and it was a perfect pick for us.Our guide stopped in Ston and showed us Ston and also we stopped in a little winery on the way and the red wine was amazing
