The communication with the office and driver was very good; we were disembarking a cruise ship and unfortunately ended up not being able to get off the ship until an hour past our time. Thankfully the driver and office communicated and were able to wait. We were very grateful. The driver was friendly and did a great job getting us into London.

Our transporter was on time. We needed to be at the airport before 10am. Most of the roads were closed off due to the queen’s funeral, but he found a way to get us there in a timely fashion.

Driver did not go inside cruise terminal with name on sign. Our pick up for 6 passengers was 9:15, we were waiting from 9am and finally at 9:25 I called and the driver was outside in lot and stated he was there for 20 minutes and was about to leave. Bad communication. He was pleasant after we were in his van but we could have been stuck if I didn’t call to see where he was. When we arrived in KEF airport the driver was waiting at arrivals with a sign with our name which was perfect. We were waiting for this driver to do the same not wIt out of the terminal and no sign so we didn’t know who he was or if he was there.

On time and very professional. My daughter lefter her purse. They responded quickly and without an extra fee (Tip was significantly augmented for the trouble of course). Also made a last min time change that was accommodated without incident. Highest recommendation.
