Driver was on time and had water ready for us. He was very polite and the car was so clean and comfortable which we appreciated due to a long day of travel home
We have gone through several viator bookings on our trip to the British Isles for our family of 11 ( two wheelchairs) very comfortably. Each trip was very pleasant and communicated well. This was our last trip where we needed a return trip to London Heathrow Airport from the cruise terminal. We never had a direct contact with the driver and he arrived 20-30 minutes late. Luckily we had enough time to move our family through the checking in process and Fernando the driver was very helpful and nice.
Our driver was awesome and she got us to the airport for our flight home. She was very professional and courteous. I will recommend they use your service to both family and friends.
We had an amazing trip with great service. Derm was a good driver and he got us back to London with great effeciency. He was friendly and made great conversation. The ride went by quickly!
Due to delay from Edinburgh airport we were not at the pickup point. When we did arrive a d I phoned. The number was a portugal one. Very poor support. I had to phone twice to be told that there would be no driver. Got no where with them and as I had to get to the cruise ship. I took a taxi. It cost £25. My hire was £132. On way back it took 20 mins and much more efficient. I made sure the driver knew I would be there.
The driver was waiting for us early ,I like the driver they gave us ,he was so funny and entertaining, he give us places to visit In London.
The driver parked as far away from the arrival gate as you can get and still be in the port. She apparently stayed at her car as we never saw her and continued to check for our name on placard - after 30 minutes of waiting I called the tour operator and they told the driver to go to arrival gate to find us. The driver had our name scrolling on her iPhone but carried it down below her waist so very hard to see it. After we found the driver she spoke very little English and we could not communicate. On the three hour drive from Southampton to London she never spoke a word to us. We were hoping to have a driver point out sights and ask questions to. Extremely disappointed in the entire experience.
Excellent driver and van was top-notch. The only thing I would suggest is for drivers to be aware of airlines, and what terminals they leave from. The driver was not sure. Perhaps have a sheet available for the driver with terminals as a reference
Other than we walked right by the driver with the sign, outside baggage. He schlepped 11 people's bags into the comfortable van. Traffic was a nightmare due to a train strike, he took shortcuts, and got us to Heathrow with plenty of time to spare.
Awful experience I tried but you opted out of submit. I will never boo through you again. We booked to London your driver demanded 60$ lb more. Then trip took 4+ hours. Your contractor Wes rude and the driver was terrible.
