I rented 6 but only three could go, didn’t expect refund but they cut our trip short too! It was supposed to be two hours of rental fun to a private beach. We got picked up and delivered back to hotel in 1 hour!!
Hello Traveler, upon investigation you booked for 6 people. You were contacted by the company and pick up was arranged, upon pick up only 3 people came. The main traveler indicated the other 3 wouldn't be participating in the tour. The tour is for 2 hours, 30 minutes to ride the Jet Ski and the remaining time is for beach or whatever the customer chooses, after the 3 participated in the Jet Ski riding the driver was ask by the husband of the main traveler to take them back to the resort, saying his wife wasn't feeling well. The driver comply and they were brought back to the resort. Even though at that time it would be hard to provide a refund we weren't even asked only to received this review, all 3 participants complemented on how exciting the tour was. Thank you for the review.
Kemar was the best driver. He was very professional and courteous. Our jetski instructor was so patient. I was scared but I felt that I was in good hands. Very private and very nice. Highly recommend 👌

We had a great experience! Our driver was Ramon Moulton. He was great ! From start to finish he made sure we were well taken care of, he gave us step by step instructions on what to expect and i NEVER felt unsafe, we were able to leave our things and he made sure no one touched them and he also told us when we had 15 more minutes before we had to leave, and stood by if we needed anything. The jet skis were so much fun we had great hands on directions on how to drive and where we could go. after the 30 min of being on them we were able to take pictures on them and then have beach time, we could swim in a large space and they also had a blow up volleyball station and a blow up seesaw in the water !! this is the best excursion, we did so far!!

This was Truly, a great time. We had an excellent tour guy who was well knowledgeable, and made us feel safe and secure. We had ample amount of time to have fun on the jet, skis and experience, water activities the beach, and a fire show. This was truly, a great time. This was definitely a 10 out of 10!

It was a great time, but our group definitely did not get the full 30 minutes as paid for. It’s a good amount of space to jetski, but for 30 min that gets cut short, I can’t say it’s worth the current price point

Such a wonderful time! Exactly what we expected, a perfect jet ski experience in Montego Bay! Highly recommend if you’re only interested in a chill beach day with jet skis that fly!!!

Rahman was the perfect driver. Very courteous and bonded with our son. He made sure that we were taken right to the skis and the operators were also very easy to deal with. The only company that would let my son drive the ski with one of them riding with him. That was key because it allowed everyone to have a great time and not have to worry about our safety. They were accommodating and explained the boundaries and rules and made it a great time. Pretty chill bar with a great selection of drinks and no high pressure vendors selling junk. Bought a couple of photos but they never made a big deal about it or tried to sell us all of them. VERY NICE compared to some other sites. Highly recommend for a short but hype adventure.
