Även om jag inte kunde engelska väl (som de flesta italienare), gjorde jag mig förstådd och uppskattad, som ni kan se från recensionerna och jag kommer att berätta mer Jag var också med på Tripadvisor bland de bästa "World" Gastronomic Experiences och jag är den fjärde i världen. Under mina upplevelser blev jag ofta ombedd att dela med mig av recepten på de rätter jag lagat. Det var så idén föddes att inkludera dem i min första roman, där familjehistorier, historiska anekdoter och smaker möts i en serie berättelser. Om du vill kan du helt enkelt be mig om länken för att köpa den och jag skickar den till dig. När vi träffas skriver jag gärna en personlig dedikation, eller om du föredrar det kan jag ta med en kopia själv, precis som jag kan ta med en flaska vin på begäran tillsammans med din meny. The dinner Carlo made for us was one of our favorite meals in Rome! We thoroughly enjoyed all four courses and he even modified the tiramisu for my daughter (used milk versus espresso) without us asking, very thoughtful and considerate. We had a limited kitchen at our Airbnb and Carlo made the best of it. Highly recommend!
Carlo was an incredible chef! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal! He took care of everything. He came to our AirBnB with everything he needed and made a meal for 7 of us. It was a 4 course authentic Italian meal. It was one of the best meals we had in Italy during the 10 days we were here. We highly recommend Carlo and this experience. He speaks limited English, but a translate app allowed us to converse with him and have a truly memorable night.

A perfect evening thanks to an extraordinary chef. Punctual, friendly and super organized. Each dish was a small masterpiece, cared for in the smallest details and full of flavor. Very fresh ingredients, original combinations and an impeccable service that made us feel like we were at a restaurant but with the warmth of home. Five well-deserved stars, I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to treat themselves to a special experience in Rome!
