En perfekt rundtur i den fantastiska staden där du får möjlighet att lära dig massor om staden och även landet. Jag har bott i Helsingfors i 19 år. Jag kommer ursprungligen från Portugal. Mina turer handlar inte bara om fakta och datum, utan mer om att ge dig en balanserad bild av finsk kultur, historia, ekonomi och vardagsliv. Jag är övertygad om att du i slutet av turen kommer att känna att det inte bara var en stadsrundtur utan en minnesvärd dag i Helsingfors med en ny vän. Turen går runt i staden och besöker platser och vi tar en bil när vi ska besöka de platser som ligger inom mer avstånd. Helsingfors är en fantastisk stad och det är lätt att gå runt i de vackra byggnaderna och besöka de lokala platserna också.

Helsingfors centralbibliotek Oodi är en levande mötesplats vid Kansalaistori, mitt i hjärtat av Helsingfors. Det är en av 37 filialer till Helsingfors stadsbibliotek och en del av Helmets biblioteksnätverk. Oodi kompletterar det kultur- och medianav som bildats av Helsingfors Musikcentrum, Finlandiahallen, Sanomahuset och Museet för nutidskonst Kiasma. Oodi är ett icke-kommersiellt, urbant offentligt rum som är öppet för alla, mitt emot riksdagshuset.
Den världsberömda kompositören Jean Sibelius monument av Eila Hiltunen ligger i Sibeliusparken. Sibeliusmonumentet, som liknar orgelpipor, är tillverkat av svetsat stål. Monumentet är en av Helsingfors mest populära statyer och en av de mest kända turistattraktionerna en perfekt plats för en fin bild och lära sig om Sibelius.
Klippkyrkan ett stopp för att beundra den fantastiska arkitekturen, en av huvudattraktionerna i Helsingfors. Beläget i hjärtat av Helsingfors Rocks kyrkohus är den täckt av en kupol, fodrad med koppar och stödd på berget. På grund av sin utmärkta akustik är kyrkan en populär plats för konserter.
Helsingfors Uspenski domkyrka, Kyrkan är med sina gyllene kupoler och rödtegelfasad en av de tydligaste symbolerna för den ryska inverkan på Finlands historia.
Helsingfors centralstation, en pärla bland Helsingfors jugendbyggnader, ritad av Eliel Saarinen.
Senatstorget och dess omgivningar utgör ett unikt exempel på nyklassisk arkitektur. Torget domineras av fyra byggnader ritade av Carl Ludvig Engel, Helsingfors domkyrka, Regeringsgården, Helsingfors universitets huvudbyggnad och Finlands Nationalbibliotek.
Den populära Esplanadparken är den mest kända parken i Finland, Helsingfors gröna hjärta. Under sommaren massor av musik, föreställningar, massor av picknick, finska designbutiker, caféer och restauranger en trevlig promenad runt Salutorget.

Paulo was very kind, he was with us since we landed, he took us to see the city, the main tourist attractions, he gave us tips on cafes, shops and restaurants. It was really cool to learn a little more about the history of this beautiful place and how the people live. At the end of the trip we went to Porvoo, a small medieval town with wooden houses, super cool! I recommend 😊
My husband and I came to Finland to explore his family history and learn about this beautiful country. Paulos was the perfect tour guide and ambassador of all that makes Finland so special. He is a fountain of information with regard to the history of the country as well as a champion for all that is beautiful in present day Finland and a beacon of hope for the bright light of Finlands future. We did a half day Helsinki tour with Paulo in his car and it was absolutely fantastic. Paulo was was detailed with his explanations and showed us around the best places in the city. Our recommendation: Half day Helsinki trip with Paulo in his car . He showed us this amazing European City from its best side, explained history as well as nowadays topics . We both were absolutely fascinated from the walk in the city and the car drive along the Baltic Sea . We have seen many different parts of the city, churches and the huge Icebreakers. Paulos tour thoughout Helsinki was simply amazing. What can you expect? An extremely pleasant and kind gentleman with good manners (very important for us), a great sense of humour (his Portuguese background), a clean, comfortable car (and safe driving!), lots of inside information about the city - and most importantly: a lot of fun! From taking a look at the icebreakers of the Baltic sea to the Russian church and the food market - great value for money! What I really think distinguishes Paulo from other fantastic local guides is that he has the ability to look at Helsinki and the Nordics not only as a resident of the city but also as someone who had to get accustomed to the Nordics himself. So he broadened our perspective of the city quite substantially. Bottom line: the trip was a birthday present for my wife and she absolutely loved it. We flew in from Frankfurt, Germany, in September and Paulo picked us up at the airport which was a very pleasant experience. Top man!

Paolo picked us up from the airport and drove us around Helsinki showing us the most amazing places of interest in the city , he took us to a food market to get something to eat at the end and then took us back to the airport in time to catch our flight.
