- Flight Etiquette - Vi ber alla kunder att förstå att även om ditt flyg är tänkt att vara roligt och spännande, är säkerheten alltid Anthelion Helicopters högsta prioritet. Av denna anledning tillåter vi inte : Berusade och/eller höga kunder, skrikande och/eller grälande i helikoptern, ta av säkerhetsbälten, försök att stå eller sticka ut armar och ben medan du är i helikoptern, eller tala över piloten. Observera att om piloten upplever att flygningen har blivit osäker på grund av kundförhållandena har piloten rätt att avsluta turen i förtid. I detta fall kommer vi INTE att kunna ge återbetalning eller boende för den förkortade flygningen
- Enligt FAA-förordningen kommer kunder som anländer berusade INTE att få flyga. Vi kommer INTE att ge återbetalning om du väljer att avboka, men du kan boka om din tur till ett annat datum.
- Viktbegränsningspolicy - Vår R44 Tour Helicopter platsgräns är 300 lb och gruppgränsen måste vara under 580 lb. Vår R22-gräns är 220 pund. Kunder som överskrider viktgränsen vid viktverifiering vid ankomst kommer INTE att tillåtas flyga och kommer INTE att vara berättigade till återbetalning. Du kan boka om till ett annat datum
- Ansvarsbefrielse måste undertecknas vid ankomsten. Underlåtenhet att underteckna avståendet kommer att resultera i att din turné ställs in. Om du väljer att inte flyga på grund av att du inte undertecknar undantaget kommer du inte att vara berättigad till återbetalning.

Went on a ride for my wife's birthday. It was a great experience. Little bit tricky finding the place but once we did everything went real smooth. All the staff was friendly and our pilot did a wonderful job flying and being our tour guide. Telling us fun facts about the city we never knew. Making the atmosphere a very pleasant one. We plan to go back and take another tour

If you’re looking for a fun adventure with cool sites, this is it! I bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband and originally scheduled for New Year’s Eve; however, the weather was iffy so I rescheduled for Valentine’s Day. The weather was sunny and mostly clear, ideally this tour would be perfect right after a rain for optimal visibility. Our pilot Colby was excellent - super friendly and knowledgeable and he made sure we were safe. The office staff is communicative, helpful and welcoming. I would love to book this tour again, next time will try for a sunset booking!
We decided to book this on a trip to the city and it was well worth the money. The team were amazing and so friendly, telling us about the sights while we were up in the sky. The pilot made us feel incredibly safe. As well as afterwards recommending other places to visit while we were here. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to visit the city, it was incredible. Thankyou to the team!

Beautiful flight at sunset. Amazing pilots. Very fun experience. My wife and I got stuck in traffic and were 15 mins late but they still got us in and gave us the full tour. Amazing hospitality.

The experience was amazing, not only flying over LA and the coast. The views are unforgettable and worth the price. Taking a helicopter tour is an activity everyone should do at least once.
