Privat heldagstur: The Gate of Heaven and East Bali Trip är ett av de mest populära resepaketen för att besöka intressanta platser i östra delen av Bali. Resan börjar från ditt hotell och sedan kör vi dig till Lempuyang Temple som är mer populärt med The Gate of Heaven. Lempuyang-templet eller The Gate of Heaven Bali är det högsta templet på Bali, där du kommer att se den berömda Gate of Heaven utsikt över Agung-vulkanen, den största vulkanen på Bali. Definitivt en höjdpunkt på alla resplaner för den vältränade och äventyrliga, huvudtemplet ligger på 1 175 meter över havet, uppe på toppen av Mount Lempuyang med samma namn i östra Bali. Med attraktioner längs vägen inklusive flera andra tempel och horder av grå långsvansade makaker som bebor de omgivande svala bergsskogarna.
Tirta Gangga Water Palace är en av de populäraste sevärdheterna i Bali som designades och byggdes 1948 av Anak Agung Anglurah Ketut Karangasem (1887-1966), som var den sista kungen i Karangasem. Han var en anmärkningsvärd man minst sagt, inte bara för att han var vattenhagararkitekten utan också för att han hjälpte till att bygga trädgårdarna.
Ujung Water Palace av Taman Ujung Sukasada är en av de mest populära Bali sevärdheterna i Seraya i Karangasem regency, det är systerplatsen Tirta Gangga, som också byggdes av Karangasems sena raja. Komplexet består av olika stora pooler och historiska strukturer som ligger mot bakgrund av Mount Agung och den östra kustlinjen. Virgin Beach sträcker sig ungefär 700 meter runt en attraktiv turkosbåge fylld med klippiga klippor och kantad med tropisk skog. Den inte så vita sanden är fin och knirktig och en glädje att gå på. Ut till havet, på den södra änden av stranden, sitter Pulau Kuan val-liknande i horisonten. Här har det varit en hel del utveckling under åren, men Virgin Beach har inte tappat sin charm - det som en gång var en verklig jungfrustrand nu är hem till en liten by av strandvarungs, var och en med ett gäng solstolar och parasoller. att locka dig att dröja - men vem behöver locka? Tenganan Village är en av de mest kända Bali sevärdheterna i nordväst om Candidasa och ligger ca 5 kilometer från huvudvägen. Tenganan är en symmetriskt avgränsad Bali Aga by med murade hem och unika hantverk. Bali Aga var den ursprungliga invånaren i Bali, före ankomsten av hinduiska javaneser. Tenganan behåller sin forntida pre-hinduiska tull genom en stark kod för icke-broderskap med utomstående, som ytterligare drivs av skyddet av dess omgivande murar.

We did a tour of East Bali for a full day with driver Raj. It was a wonderful experience. We visited first a traditional Balinese village in the jungle, then headed to the waterpalace. Afterwards we visited the Gate to the Heaven, visited a Coffee plantation before heading to Virgin Beach. On all the points we had sufficient time to visit and enjoy ! Raj gave us a good explanation on all the sites we visited and managed the fast and efficiënt entry to all the sites. He drives you very safely through the hectic traffic in Bali. We had a wonderful time with our guide Raj.

It is a tour that, leaving from Ubud, will effectively take all day, so, have all the patience, but it is worth it; at the gates of heaven they assign you a number, we waited two and a half hours for the photo, but the key is to accept other photos that they take you to 5 minutes from there that are really worth taking, excellent photographers and excellent landscapes, when you return to the iconic spot it will be your turn. The beach is really quiet, fine sand, it's worth it.

My wife and I really enjoyed our time at the gates of heaven tour! Our guide, Aldo was very kind and knowledgeable about the surrounding locations and gave us some brief history lessons during our 2h drive up from Sanur. The views at all locations were immaculate, but at the gates in particular, there will be people trying to sell you on other views that are around the main photo op. The event staff use your personal cellphone to take the photos, so if you're looking to take the best possible photos or videos, I would highly recommend bringing a solid camera.
