På väg till Akagera nationalpark kommer du att stanna till vid detta kafé och äta frukost. Det är 1h30 minuters bilresa från staden Kigali och det är en fantastisk plats där du också kan beställa lunchpaket. Denna plats har också fascinerande konst från olika konstnärer.
Akagera National Park ligger i östra Rwanda och omsluter gränsen till Tanzania. Det kännetecknas av skog, träsk, låga berg och savann. Den varierande terrängen skyddar vilda djur, inklusive zebror, giraffer, elefanter, lejon och hundratals fågelarter, som den sällsynta skonäbbstorken. I den södra delen av parken är den vidsträckta sjön Ihema hem för flodhästar och krokodiler. det är 1 timmes bilresa från den första attraktionen. och tillbringa 6 timmar med nationalparken på game drive. och kommer att kräva ytterligare 2h 30 min för att komma tillbaka till Kigali.

We did two tours through Kigali Atlantis Tours - an Akagera safari and a gorilla trekking experience - and both were fantastic. The planning process was very easy. We had a phone call beforehand to discuss our interests and budget, and they handled all of the arrangements for us. The accommodations at both locations were excellent, and our guide was always punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. The experiences themselves were incredibly well organized and exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this operator to anyone planning a trip to Rwanda.

A full day tour full of wild life. Got to see colorful birds, giraffes, zebras, elephant, buffaloes, hippos, and many others. Dady was an excellent driver and tour guide, very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this tour if you are in Kigali. P
