Börja din resa sydväst om Koh Samui där vi passerar de pittoreska Five Islands. Dessa öar är hem för ett mystiskt och sällan sett fenomen, skörd av fågelbon.
Vårt första stopp i Ang Thong Marine Park skärgård är också den mest avlägsna och magiska platsen, exklusiv för vår turné. Gå på en guidad havskajaktur längs kusten för att utforska de dramatiska klipporna, kalkstenöarna, grottorna, magiska tunnlarna samt en hemlig lagun. Alternativt kan du hoppa på vår jolle som följer med kajakerna.
Segla norrut utanför Marine Park-vattnet, till Koh Wao, där du hittar de bästa snorklingsplatserna.
När vi seglar längre norrut når vi ögruppen Ko Wao, som erbjuder några av de bästa platserna att utforska det livliga tropiska revet. Det anses vara en av de 20 bästa snorklingsplatserna i Thailand. Vi är det enda fartyget utan motorbåt som når denna destination. Vi väljer den optimala platsen beroende på förhållanden för att säkerställa att du får bästa möjliga undervattensresa. Efter en kort säkerhetsinformation kommer vårt besättning att förse dig med komplett snorkelutrustning och ta dig med på en guidad undervattensresa för att se ett fantastiskt marint liv. Icke-simmare och små barn är välkomna att komma in i vår nettade flytande flotte, vilket gör att du kan se det tropiska revet från en flottas säkerhet.
Vi åker tillbaka till marinparken och passerar Ko Lao Yu för att njuta av landskapet. Vid denna tidpunkt kommer vi att erbjuda dig en utsökt lunchbuffé medan du reser längs Ang Thong-parkens mest intressanta kalkstensöar, som stiger upp från havet som dramatiska klippklippor och bisarra klippformationer.
Koh Thong Thaeng är en av de större öarna i Marine Park, och en skönhet att se.
Därefter passerar vi Ko Wa Noi på väg till Ko Mae Ko för att se den blå lagunen.
När vi åker söderut passerar vi också Ko Sam Sao eller tre systeröar, med dess anmärkningsvärda naturstenbro som sträcker sig ut i havet, med rena vita sandstränder.
Ko Mae Ko är där du hittar den berömda "Blue Lagoon", inspirationen för Alex Garlands bok och senare film "The Beach". Även känd som "Emerald Lake" kallar lokalbefolkningen den "Talay Nai", vilket betyder "inne i havet" och det anses allmänt höjdpunkten i Ang Thong Marine Park. Vi är den sista båten som får besöka Ko Mae Ko, vilket innebär att vi inte möter andra organiserade turer.
Här kan du bestämma dig för att klättra upp till utsiktspunkten eller koppla av på den avskilda stranden. Klättra uppför de branta trapporna längs smala raviner för att nå en panoramautsikt över parkens 42 öar. När vi väl har nått toppen kommer du att åka till andra sidan för att titta närmare på den dolda saltvattensjön helt sluten, som förutom dess skönhet också fungerar som en naturlig plantskola för alla slags marina liv.
När vi åker tillbaka till Ko Samui passerar vi också Ko Wua Talap, Marine Parks huvudkontor.
Kryssa förbi Phaluai Island, en av få bebodda öar i Ang Thong Marine Park, hem till ett litet samhälle av "havs zigenare" fiskare, som är de ursprungliga människorna som bosatte sig i Samui skärgård. Njut av den natursköna kryssningen tillbaka till Ko Samui, svalna dig med några drinkar och en banansplit på däck, eller ta ett dopp i vår jacuzzi. Under de flesta dagar kommer du att anamma underbar utsikt över solnedgången som kommer att förbli hos dig under en livstid.

We spent excellent day with amazing crew and chef on this boat and snorkeling trip. The crew provided us with great snorkeling equipments, we had fantastic lunch on board and had a lot of fun on the way. We were also lucky enough to see dolphins and a lot of colorful fish.
I found this trip online as I am not fan of speed boats and this operator offered a slower boat to the marine park with time to enjoy the trip. We (2 adults and 2 teenagers) enjoyed the trip with the red dragon so much. Fun activities and excellent staff who does everything to make you feel comfortable. We can just say: go as soon as you can! you will have the best day. Best for active families, lots of time to relax but the trip is the most fun if you take part in the snorkling, kayaking and hiking. All activities are safe and guided by the friendly staff on the boat.
We had an absolutely fantastic full-day boat tour and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The entire crew was outstanding from start to finish—friendly, professional, attentive, and always smiling. They made us feel welcome throughout the day and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. A special mention goes to our captain Two, who was simply incredible with our children. He was patient, kind, and made them feel involved and excited all day long. His warm personality and genuine care made the trip even more memorable for our family. The food was another highlight—absolutely amazing! Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. It exceeded all of our expectations and was one of the best meals we've had on any tour. Overall, this was a truly unforgettable day and one of the highlights of our holiday. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Koh Samui, especially families. Perfect family day trip to Ang Thong Marine Park. The crew were fantastic and made our group of 15 feel very welcomed and relaxed. Boat was perfect size for us, food was tasty authentic Thai, and kid friendly. We loved the Sea Kayak experience and also the snorkelling. Would recommend to any family groups wanting a private tour. Two and his crew were so attentive. We had to have a later start and they were so accommodating. From pick up to drop off we were treated like family. The food was delicious and the kids loved the banana splits at the end. My sister was proposed to during the kayak portion on a small beach in torrential rain and the crew helped make the moment unforgettable. This was a fabulous trip. The Blue Dragon is not a speed boat so it does take the best part of two hours to get to Ang Thong but the payback is that it is a smoother ride and they can take kayaks. Once we arrived we jumped into the kayaks and explored the caves and then kayaked to a small inlet which was magical, photo opportunities galore and not another boat in sight, really terrific experience. We were provided with excellent food and all in all very well looked after. We were a family of six and the Blue Lagoon gave us ample space to relax and enjoy the day, highly recommended.

Everything was perfect. Even though it was a full-day tour, it wasn’t tiring at all we enjoyed every part of it. All of the activities are optional, so if you prefer, you can simply stay on the boat, relax, and enjoy the view. The staff were amazing everyone was friendly, helpful, and always smiling. This was the best part of our trip to Thailand. We saw so much, with the snorkeling as the highlight of the trip. Easily worth the price for sure. The staff was well organized, friendly and very professional. The food, prepared on board, was delicious and gave a lot of options. We rented the entire boat for our family gathering, which was perfect since we were traveling with an infant and a toddler and needed privacy. The whole experience was incredible. The crew was very helpful with the kids, and the amount of food was three times more than we needed 😅. Our guide, Tatiana, was very informative and experienced. It was a great trip to Ang Marine Park. The park is awesome and snorkeling was amazing. The lunch on board was very tasty. However, the boat is a bit slow and it took 2.5 hrs one way which left little time to enjoy the park. In retrospect, speed boat would have been a better choice.
