Julio picked us up at our hotel in Sintra and proved to be both an informative and fun guide. We spent a lot of time in the gardens of Peña Palace which were so interesting before we headed into the palace. Even though it was crowded Julio made it work really well. We then headed to Quinta da Regaleira to see the palace and climb down the spiral staircase. This did not disappoint. Julio spent our time together checking we were happy and if we wanted to see anything else, his care and concern for our enjoyment of the day was great. His knowledge is to be commended. We had a wonderful tour of Sintra, the Moorish Castle and Pena Palace. Our tour guide, Ravi M., was kind, warm, knowledgeable and fun. Getting to ride in his vintage convertible was an added bonus and made the experience even more magical. We can’t say enough about Ravi and how much both myself and my children enjoyed our time with him. He gave us recommendations to make the most of our last day when we returned to Lisbon. This tour was the best we’ve done. Beautiful castles/palaces, etc. Rodrigo was the best part. I am handicapped and he took such good care of me. He is funny, kind and I learned a lot of Portuguese. Thank you!

We have been on dozens of tours with many companies throughout Europe and Danilo is one of the few guides that shows and so much passion, knowledge, and articulation on the subject matter he speaks to. Ravi was Great! My mom and I had a great time and it was nice that all the admission logistics was handled by him. The day flew by and it was a wonderful experience to learn about the history and enjoy the great sintra weather! So worth it!
