Detta är ett omfattande besök på Alhambra (biljetter ingår): under cirka 2,5-3 timmar guidar vi dig genom vad många anser vara det mest imponerande monumentet i Spanien. Vi börjar med att besöka Generalife, ett område med fantastiska trädgårdar och fruktträdgårdar där sultanen en gång hade ett palats för personlig njutning. Efter Generalife kommer vi att utforska Palace of Charles V, ett kristet palats som ligger i hjärtat av Alhambra som säkerligen kommer att lämna ett bestående intryck. I Alcazaba, den defensiv-militära zonen, kommer vi att ha turen att njuta av vad som utan tvekan är den mest hisnande utsikten över staden. This private tour is so far the best tour we had in Spain. The guide (his name is Eduardo, I hope I write it right) is very knowable about Alhambra’s heavy history, architectures and landscapes. He is very patient with us as we paused often to take picture. He also answer our questions patiently.In this tour we have enjoyed the beauty of this unique place and also learned a lot of the heavy histories. We do appreciate the benefits of being in a private tour group where we can have good interactive conversations with the guide. It is worth of the money.
The tour guide didn’t seem to know much about anything outside of the script she remembered. Her English was “okay” if one was to ask her directions to the Mosque/Cathedral in Cordoba but poor for a guide. She kept repeating the same ending to every story she told: “in the end, they had to go away.” Even though the tour guide was a licensed tour guide, it just demonstrates that there must be a low bar to get a license. If one is going to hire a private tour, be sure to detail to the agency what one’s expectations are, e.g., a tour guide that has a wide breadth of historical knowledge, or one with knowledge about the architecture, art, the language one speaks.
A private tour was perfect for us. It was very crowded but since we were only 3 with Virginia our guide, she was able to maneuver to the less crowded areas and was pleasant and knowledgeable. She is a gem.
Our guide Ruth was superb! She was warm, funny & extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the Alhambra. The depth & details in her knowledge were impressive & kept us intrigued for the 3 hour tour.
Matías was an amazing tour guide for our visit to Alhambra. He was very knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and friendly. My husband and I learned so much and the 3 hour tour flew by.

Today was magical- we couldn’t have asked for a better day or guide to the Alhambra. Debra was waiting for us- in the cold- because she hates being late. She is so cultured, smart, charming, passionate- we just LOVE her!!!!
Epic morning at the Alhambra. We were a bit "scared" before doing this tour, as we arrived at the peak of a heat wave, but once we set foot in the Alhambra, everything was fine. Our guide was Matias, a fantastic host for this dream place. For almost 3 hours we toured the city of the Alhambra. Matias adapted very well to our rhythm, we never felt rushed. The treatment of the agency was fabulous. They gave us the indications to take advantage of this ticket, which not only includes the Alhambra, but also several monuments of the city.
