Excellent guide. Punctuality, knowledge of the city, warmth, clarity, and the tour met our expectations
Tour guide was great, we learned a lot and went places we never would have found otherwise. Great into to Guadalajara!!!
Total garbage! We made reservations for two people, showed up at the specified date, time, and location 20 minutes early and waited 15 more minutes past the 10AM departure time and the guide never showed up. We called the number on the reservation and the call was ignored. We left a WhatsApp message which was promptly read, but also ignored, followed up by many more messages that day, which were not only read and ignored, but later BLOCKED! This whole process was a total waste of time, so please book your tour through a reputable company and not this one!!
Would have been great but the guide did not show up. We showed up around 25 minutes earlier to the location provided, which, was in the most general area (the plaza) and had no specific point to meet at. We asked multiple locals and they all pointed us towards the general tourist area, but there were no walking tours in sight. After waiting for so long and not receiving any response after contacting the guide and the viator company, we requested a refund. The travel company had the audacity to state that the tour guide did show up with a "purple umbrella" and denied our refund. Nowhere in the instructions was it stated that the guide would be holding a purple umbrella, and we did not even see anyone with a purple umbrella in such a huge plaza. For anyone booking this tour, don't, as it is a scam through the guide as well as the company. And if it is not, I still humbly request a full-refund and advise the website to add a more specific meet-up location, rather than a general plaza filled with hundreds of people. All there is to say is, I saw a review under this tour saying that the guide did not show up, and I should have listened to them and booked a more trustable tour before I was scammed.
Traveller, there is no grounds for your claim, in every single tour we create a WhatsApp group with the guide where we share the location of the guide, as you reached us by phone we also told you where your guide was as she had been waiting for you. As you can see your claim is unique as we serve all of our travellers correctly, and we have almost no complains.
We loved our experience ! Captivating stories were told by our guide. We loved our guide!. She was fun and and made us wanted to know more! Even our 15 years old teenager loved it.
They canceled the tour on short notice. I was already at the start location and didn’t find the cancellation notice until I returned to my hotel hours later.
Didn’t have any. We did not get a tour guide so had to do it on our own. We waited for one half hour for someone to arrive.Very disappointing.
The know-how, knowledge and enthusiasm of our guide Santiago. The most highly recommendable. A tour of the historic center with him is very rewarding.
My tour guide was Tlane. She was very warm, funny, and engaging. I really enjoyed the tour. She told a lot of interesting stories.
