Our guide was always very friendly and attentive He stuck to the schedules; he was very considerate in letting us get off at strategic points to stretch the legs and move to the toilet

James did an excellent job of driving the bus. Joel, our tour guide was excellent! He truly LOVES his job. He said it more than once but you can tell in his enthusiasm and the way he talks about the attractions. Very knowledgable , kind and courteous. Thank You Joel!

One of the most well organized and wonderful trips to one of the most spectacular places in the world! Brendan (the one of the wheels) and Olivia (the one with the mic) made the trip awesome and warm! Amazing people, take care of you like a family, totally safe, and you go back with learnings and a great time. The amount of information Olivia has, I don't think anyone would do - even if they were read about the Canyon, Vegas, Hoover Dam l, Boulder City. She knows the history, geography, technology, tradition - just about everything and more a tour guide can know or share. Amazing girl - wishing her luck! Brendan made sure we are super safe and efficient behind those wheels - amazing person - ever smiling despite driving the bus for more than 14 hours. Hats off to the duo! We were both an English team on a day trip to the south of the Grand Canyon, conducted by National Park Express’s guides Olivia and driver Karlos. Olivia's attitude is kind to actively help the team take photos, the geographical landscape ecological and cultural explanation is very careful, and the right idea of travel is timely. In addition to the Grand Canyon, the views of the passing and Las are also explained in detail. Karlos drives with an honest smile, and several times asks the crew if they need mineral water when boarding the stop. Both of them were very dedicated to the service, so people were very satisfied and hoped to have the opportunity to participate in the tour of both of them.

It has been an amazing trip today.Our tour guide Olivia has done an exceptional job in keeping the tour lively and entertaining, she's a very knowledgeable person and I got to know a lot of cool facts about Las Vegas history , origin of Grand canyon , she can talk for non stop for insane amount of time😀. Kudos to our driver James who covered 600+ miles nonstop within 13 hours.
