Driver didn’t show up. Called local number and got no one. Called Viator. They called local vendor got no one. Canceled tour. Save the 900 dollars. Waste of time.
We had an amazing private tour and highly recommend this tour! Informative, fun, perfectly paced and we can't wait to return as Hampton Court has so much to offer a day just wasn't enough!!
Although the trip by private car is a bit expensive, it was much more convenient and time efficient than going to Hampton Court by taxi and train. The driver was prompt and extremely courteous.
Hampton Court was a great tour with a lot of good information about a Henry VIII and his wives. It is interesting to see how different their lives were. The driver was great, but I guess I expected to get background information from him.
Super punctual driver Ulian, very friendly and with very good communication since he warns that he has already arrived. Excellent cleanliness in the car, and excellent travel companion despite there being a lot of traffic that day for a stop of the subway and being very slow the journey, was the best ride of my entire trip. Very attentive Florin and very punctual. It's so worth the Service. We chose 3 hours and barely gave us time to see and photograph everything calmly. The driver takes you and waits for you to do the tour on your own.

Our guide Sandy made this tour. She was concerned with transportation to Hampton Court as there was a rail strike the day we were arriving. 5-6 emails/ text to make sure we worked around the transportation to Hampton Court from our St James Place hotel. Sandy made the experience the best ever. Knowledge of English history and experience with the Palace and options of places of interest were very much appreciated in our group of four. She was terrific and were most pleased!
We booked Travel Brake for the 2nd time on our recent trip to England and a Princess Baltic Heritage Cruise out of SouthHampton. When arriving at Heathrow, Travel Brake picked us up and took us to Windsor for a tour and waited while we have a wonderful lunch at the Boatman. They watched our luggage in a very comfortable van and the driver was very courteous and helpful. On the way back to Heathrow, after the two week cruise, we used Travel Brake to visit Hampton Court Palace (home of King Henry VIII and other royalty). Again another very courteous Travel Brake driver picked us up at the cruise port, loaded all our luggage into a very comfortable Mercedes van and delivered us to Hampton Court Palace. He waited with our luggage while we toured for two hours and then took us to Heathrow to catch our 4:30 pm flight. Great experience!
