Very disappointing….sent text updates with our delayed arrival at the airport….no response to several text messages and the driver never showed up. The only thing I can say is the Viator refund was fast. But I didn’t want a refund….I wanted a ride.

After a very long day of involving many stops, we were truly looking forward to being picked up and dropped off at our hotel. After getting through customs and collecting our bags we stepped out into the reception area to see lots of drivers, but known for us. We were not beyond our arrival time, so I dropped a note via Viator asking where our driver was. After following up with several phone calls to the tour company that didn't even allow you to leave a message, I called the number listed under Trip advisor and someone answered, It appeared that knew who I was and why I was calling because they told me (after a hello) that they were trying to find my driver. Then they hung up....i waited 10 minutes and called them back again to be informed that the driver "broke down" and it would be a very long time to get me picked up. I gave an extra star because the person on the phone did offer to cancel the tour and refund my money (which they promptly did). After we had no ride, we struggled with taxi drivers to get us to the hotel (there was 4 of use and lots of bags) because we were many and the taxis are small. It was a rough ending to the trip that had only just begun. Very disappointed, wouldn't recommend.

Driver was on time, friendly and picked up the family no problem. Safe driving, and only issue was that they do not drop off at the departure doors, which will require you to do some walking. When i reached out to the company, they responded that they do not drop you off at the door and should you require it, to please notify them. Should be presented more clearly in description, but overall, would use them again.

Driver was prompt, friendly and well organized. It was a 3am pick up, so she was doing way better than i was and I was very glad for it. Easy, organized and I cannot recommend her enough.
