Unprofessional. S Drive canceled before our arrival at airport. Did not contact us prior to canceling. Instead S Drive lied to Viator and said we requested the cancelation. I was forced to search for an and take a taxi to my hotel.

No one showed up to pick us up. We sent messages, called them, and finally messaged the Viator. Viator was wonderful a out it...but the actual driver never showed or responded via text or call. We ended up getting a taxi last minute after waiting for almost 45 minutes🤦♀️

Pity you can't give no stars. Arrived at the airport but no-one was there to meet me as advertised. Sent several messages via the booking chat to the provider and got no response. Contacted Viator who did some investigation and advised the provider was unable to pick me up but hadn't let myself or Viator know this or the reason why. Still no response from the provider however Viator have arranged a full refund. Had booked a return transfer with the same provider, but have cancelled that given the arrival experience. There is a machine in the arrival terminal after you clear customs that allows you to book a taxi,. It tells you the taxi licence number, gives you an ETA and confirms the rate that will be charged. Once you book a cab and get your ticket, wait toward the left end of the terminal and the taxi will pull up (don't be confused with the taxis in the queue right out front). Use this service instead of booking a private transfer.

After deplaning and getting our luggage, we went to the designated spot in the Bucharest airport. After inquiring and waiting for quite a while, the driver never showed up. We had to find other transportation and spend more money. I hope that I be reimbursed for the amount paid.

Good communication from our driver Angelo and he was ontime. He was knowlegdeable and told us about various places onroute from the airport to the city. I highly reccomend Angelo.

Excellent service. Drivers were on time or early. Used this from OTP international airport to my hotel and back. Booking was easy and so was providing details. Both cars were luxury vehicles, Audi and Mercedes Benz. Both cars were clean and comfortable. Will definitely use this service again if I visit Bucharest!
