I was travelling to Austin, TX and had reserved car service to take me from the airport to my hotel. My flight was delayed over an hour but my driver was there waiting for me!! I have used Viator several times now and it has not disappointed me. I have recommended this site to several people and will definitely use it for future trips.
Very excellent experience! I had Richard going both to and from the airport and I couldn't have picked a better driver myself if I was allowed to! He just gives this aura of being such a warm and nice person to be around. Also I am adding this for the benefit of other solo travelers. I rarely feel nervous traveling alone but I know some do, especially women so for those people- I felt super safe with Richard as my driver. No reason at all to feel anything but.

The driver was quite excellent and just all around a nice guy. Very personable. My flight was delayed by almost 3 hours and I was just exhausted and ready to just collapse almost so to have such a nice ride and a nice driver waiting for me who was everything I needed at that time. Thank you!
