The E-Bike tour was my personal favorite among many great experiences during two weeks in Portugal. Being close to nature on the roads of beautiful Sao Miguel was magical. There are some steep hills, requiring a reasonable amount of stamina, but the electric assist allowed me to power through and finish. Our guide Hugo was fantastic. We loved him so much we hired him the following day for a road tour to the other side of the island and we couldn’t have had a better time.

Philip is fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable about the island and history. We took e-bikes up the mountain to the ridge at Sete Cidades. The e-bikes made the climb effortless. The views from around the ridge were spectacular. Highly recommended!
This is a must do! Our guide Phillip brought us across the top rim of the dormant volcano. The 360 degree views of the villages below were amazing. Phillips knowledge of the area and of the island history made it special. We came to see some great sights and left with memories that will last a lifetime. The bikes allowed us to get to places you can’t get to. This is a must do trip. Thank you Phillip.
