Detta är en privat rundtur så att du inte kommer att kombineras med andra människor förutom de i din bokning - det kommer att finnas en privat bil och en privat förarguide bara för dig! Med denna turné får du chansen att se de fantastiska Belogradchik-klipporna - ett naturfenomen - och den gamla fästningen som ligger bredvid dem. De flesta gånger görs resorna med miljövänliga bilar - med en CNG-motor eller elektromobiler, så att vi kan bekämpa luftföroreningarna.

Belogradchik-klipporna utgör en 3 km bred och 30 kilometer lång remsa, och bergformationerna når cirka 200 meter i höjd. De bildades på botten av ett hav som komprimeringsprodukt för 230 miljoner år sedan och sedan erosion under de senaste 45 miljoner åren. Klipporna, som till stor del består av kalksten, rymmer också hundratals grottor. Var och en kommer med en historia. Varje bergformation bär ett namn: Adam och Eva, Skolflickan, Bären, Herdens pojke, Dervishen, Den första stenstenen, Kamel, Svampen, Gucken, Röda muren, Madonnan, Ryttaren, Munkarna, Den mentala stenen, Rebel Velko, The Pine stone och så vidare.
Fästningen bredvid klipporna byggdes på medeltiden med målet att styra vägen från Sofia till Donau. Du får chansen att utforska den med en guidad tur.

Our driver was watching you tube on his lap whine he was driving us. Crossing over the center line that divides the lanes countless times. The tour otherwise was as described and we had no issues with the itinerary. However the driving was very unsafe.
My husband and I loved Belogradchik. It’s so beautiful out there and we had a great experience with our tour guide Yulian. He had a lot of knowledge of that place and of Bulgaria’s history. He was very friendly and punctual. We recommend taking this tour company and tour guide. :-)

It was a nice experience to be here as surroundings were awesome. After reaching on the top everything was amazing. It’s good to book private tour to visit here from Sofia due to 3-4hrs of drive for one side and by public transport it would be hard to get back on same day. Our tour guide was nice as he also took us some other photography places too. It wasn’t too crowded so we easily covered all the spots.

This was a great day trip. The scenery is spectacular - quite other worldly, as is the fortress. Our guide, Angel, spoke very good English, had a lot of information to share, and was a good driver. He also knew of a hidden overlook that gave us a panoramic view of the geology. The car was comfortable as well. We've been exploring Bulgaria for two weeks and this was probably our favorite destination. You shouldn't miss it!

A very impressive site. There are some steep steps and not all of it is suitable if you don't like heights. Most of it is accessible to people with average fitness/mobility. Well worth a visit to see the stunning rocks and scenery.
