Privat dagstur till Abu Simbel från Luxor med fordon

Vi avgår från Luxor på morgonen runt 05.15, sedan får vi en guidad tur med en av våra egyptologer och lite ledig tid innan vi kör tillbaka till Assuan (ca 3 timmars bilresa varje väg, med cirka 2 timmar vid templen). Alla transfers och guide ingår. Templen som byggdes av Ramses II i Abu Simbel är en av Egyptens höjdpunkter och har en fascinerande historia bakom sig som passar deras imponerande storlek. När sjön Nasser översvämmades, skulle den slutliga vattennivån sänka flera tempel, varav det viktigaste var Abu Simbel. Templet demonterades därför helt och byggdes upp längre upp på sluttningen där det ligger idag. Templet står idag som ett bevis på Ramses II och de gamla egyptiernas stora byggnadsförmåga, såväl som för modern ingenjörskonst.

Men genom att använda foton och illustrationer kommer din guide att förklara strukturerna och deras inre konstverk. Du kommer då att ha ledig tid att komma in i templen och utforska dem på din fritid. Som en av de få forntida egyptiska platserna som i stor utsträckning undkommit skador från tidigare invaderare, är interiören i Abu Simbel's tempel fantastisk. Byggnadernas omfattning och deras detaljerade dekoration lämnar de flesta besökare i vördnad. Templets attraktion förstärks ytterligare av deras natursköna plats vid kanten av sjön Nasser i öknens orange sand. Enheten är ungefär tre timmar vardera vägen. Sedan tillbaka till Aswan vid ankomst överföring till tågstationen för att fortsätta till Luxor eller Aswan flygplats för att nå Kairo.

The tour was really good. It is a long journey but the driver, Mohamed, was good, kind and patient. To Viator: it is important to describe all the tour, step by step, informing the time because we didn't know how long it would take. And if you don't go prepared, you can be very tired.
The driver Mohamed was very nice and kind. He drove me and my mom to Abu Simbel from Luxor. It was a really good experience. The guide Mahmoud was also very good and helpful. Great experience.

We visited Aswan during our days in Egypt. It was a very long day, but what an exciting day. Our guide Khaled and our driver Mohmound were with us all this day and for several days while we were in Luxor. They are extremely knowledgeable and accommodating our every wish to experience Egypt. I would highly recommend this team if you were thinking of visiting Egypt. The best part of having a guide is the fact that we can have photos taken of us together on our trip.

We left really early in the morning to be there on a time when its not that hot and not that many people. On of my favorite temple on my egypt trip, cause of the beautiful enviroment around the temple, the really impressiv status and the really good condition of the temple. Thanks to our beautiful guide Khalid who take the long way from Assuan to Abu Simbel with us to told us everything about this impressiv place. Really worth to go there.

We didn't have much time to visit aswan and we took this tour with "luxor tour" was an amazing experience, the team is really gentle and they are very coorditaned, the guide was really good and the logístic was perfect.
