The driver was very accommodating to the elders handicap needs. However they were not fluent in English. So a lot of the driving in the city was quiet. A your requires talking and we received very little of that. We also paid for 3 locations and only received 2. A company should honor what a customer wants. We also felt rushed as well. Maybe a little bit more training is recommended. They were a nice person overall though.

All of our drivers are able to communicate in English and maintain a conversation with the travelers. Regarding the stops, we clarified to you in the messages that we exchanged that the stops duration is for 3 to 4 hours, and we offer options for you to choose from. Please check that what you got is what you booked and that we did honor the reservation. You wanted to go to Coba, which is not included in the price, that's why we didn't take you there. And considering the mobility issues of one of the travelers, we sent a larger vehicle for which you were not charged for. We hope you keep enjoying your vacation. Thank you.
