Maya was a fantastic guide with so much information in this one hour tour of the Coliseum! We all learned so much and she made the tour enjoyable for our 13 year old granddaughter!

Some things everyone should understand. There are always lines. There are always a lot of people. When you book with a travel site you don't know who the actually tour guide company is. 7 Hills shares an office with another tour guide. The other tour guide was not helpful, and they were rude to us. We were not allowed to wait in their waiting room or use the restroom while waiting on our personal guide from 7 Hills. Our start time was changed at the last minute and this caused confusion. Our start was quite sketchy. The guide was a bit of a goof ball but was knowledgeable.
Our family really enjoyed the tour with Roberto! He was excellent at engaging the kids and making the educational tour fun and interesting! We learned a lot!
