**Hämtning på flygplatsen:** Vid ankomst, vänligen hämta ditt bagage och bege dig till ankomsthallen. Din chaufför väntar utanför terminalen i upphämtningsområdet för marktransport med en skylt som visar en orange Cancun Travel Experience-logotyp. Vänligen uppvisa din bekräftelse eller foto-ID vid hämtning. Din transport kommer att vara klar exakt 30 minuter efter din flygningstid och kan vänta upp till 60 minuter efter din flygningstid. Ankomster: Om du av någon slump stöter på några problem med att hitta din förare, gå till någon av följande mötesplatser: - Terminal 2 (inrikes ankomster) på Welcome Bar - Terminal 2 (internationella ankomster) i Welcome Bar - Terminal 3 vid Margaritaville Bar - Terminal 4 vid Welcome Bar **Hotellhämtning:** Din exakta hämtningstid kommer att bekräftas en dag före ditt flygavgång, din chaufför möter dig i lobbyn på ditt hotell. Our driver, Adrian, was super friendly, wrote to us a night earlier to establish communication, went for us to our location and took us to Cancun airport, was from 6:00am punctual for us. He asked us about the air conditioning as we were carrying our baby. He helped us with the luggage and if you bring carseat he helps you install it. A 10/10 experience because we arrived on time to fulfill our flight itinerary. I also thank very much our intermediary Samaí who was super attentive at all times to be fulfilled in time and form the transfer, she made our experience in Cancun the best, recommended many activities, if they will schedule it with her 👏🏻

They were great at communicating with us, met us on time at the airport (and then hotel on the way back). The transfers themselves were quick uneventful just the way you want it.

Do not expect them to be waiting for you when you arrive or talk amongst each other. Even after confirming twice I was told upon arrival to wait longer and had 3 different people reach out to me rudely trying to complete the pickup.
Our driver was nice, reliable and made us feel safe. We arrived to our destination safely as he knew where to stop along the way to meet our needs.
The experience I had with this company was poor. I received confirmation for only one of my pick ups and when I read it, it had the incorrect pickup time. I called to correct it and no one answered. So I had to go through Viator to send a correction email. On the day of, the ride never arrived as the driver was sent to Cancun instead of Tulum. Since the first group missed their flight because of this, I called the company back to confirm they had the correct address and pickup time for the second group. Again they did not answer. Viator assured me the pickup address and time were correct. As the pickup time approached, I called the company to ask if they were on the way and they did not answer. I called Viator for assistance, they were also unable to get in contact with the company. So I had to cancel the second reservation and call a local taxi so that the second group didn’t also miss their flights. The company never called me to confirm pick up time/location or to tell me they were arriving. All communication went through Viator via email. I personally would not recommend this service.

I am beyond disappointed. I booked a round trip travel to and from Cancun airport to tulum spent over 300 usd. We were never contacted about our ride back to the airport I reached out several times to no answer or even an e-mail the company just took My payment and didn’t follow through on half of the service. I’m now in a cab spending an additional 118.00 usd to make it to the airport. Still the company has not reached back out to me . I also Booked a tour with them while on vacation they left me waiting In The lobby for 2 hours to notify me there was an issue with the transportation. Didn’t offer me anything for the inconvenience and now this morning they never showed up to drive us to the airport. I will never book with this company again and I will like to be refunded for this entire disaster.
Hugo was the best driver we had! We used the service to pick up from Cancun airport to our resort in Tulum. We were received in Cancun and we were picked up to be brought back to the airport at the time specified. Hugo who was our driver from Tulum to the airport went above and beyond.
This was a fantastic way for me and my friend to get a ride to Tulum from the Cancun airport. Our driver was amazing, he picked us up right on time and made our drive as easy and relaxing as he could. I was very impressed with his ability to navigate through the narrow streets of Tulum! I would recommend this service to anyone traveling to and from Tulum!
